Private entrance, well equipped snd good size shower room, comfy bed, good size kitchenette and lounge, breakfast delivered with flexibility for us.

No shelf in the shower cubicle abs a slightly larger tv I. The lounge would be better.

Everything was brilliant. Absolute pleasure to stay in their wonderful house. Very clean, comfortable bed with a choice of pillows, and a great location. Good quality soap, towels, coffee, tea, etc all add up to a perfect place for a holiday.

Perfection! We had a fabulous stay for a couple of nights (wish it were longer) Hosts were amazing, could not do enough for you. Very attentive, a warm welcome from start to finish. Immaculate throughout. Had everything you need nothing was forgotten. Very large comfortable bed, huge bathroom and the kitchenette was ideal, especially for having a BBQ in our own secluded garden. And, in the sunshine it was bliss. Not a sound around apart from the odd bird or sheep! Just what we were looking for. Breakfast was great, different both days, everything was thought of, juice, teas, coffee, cereal, pastry's (warm!), rolls, fruit, yogarts, meat, cheese's certainly did not go hungry!! Again having breakfast in the garden was delightful. Moorview was far enough away from the hustle and bustle but Bideford was in very easy reach (5 mins) Perfect location for walks, runs, beeches, restaurants and bars. A place for everyone to enjoy. Definitely on our list to return. Thank you

Excellent Breakfast Delivered to our room door, it was very fresh with a good choice and variety, There was a courtyard which was enclosed and peaceful or a grass paddock Area where we could sit and enjoy whilst only a few metres from our room.

Road to the property was a little narrow, So Drive Carefully.

Very high end accommodation comfy bed, clean and lovely bathroom with high quality towels and accessories. Lovely continental breakfast delivered to your door. Use of outdoor facilities. Host very welcoming.

Ticking clock but that just my preference (battery removed) sorted issue.

This accommodation was exceptionally clean and in a great quiet location. Stephen looked after us very well and the breakfasts were very tasty.

We loved everything about our stay at Moorview House. The attention to detail and the little extras were the perfect touch. The hosts were welcoming and friendly and knowledgeable about the local area.

Great location as a base for exploring North Devon. Quiet, countryside location but also really close to town and all amenities. Our host was so welcoming and helped us by pointing out the local points of interest and towns to visit etc. Our room was immaculately presented with homely touches and decorated beautifully, very tasteful and stylish. I’ve never visited a place that was so spotlessly clean! The beautiful breakfast hamper was a delight too. I can’t recommend Moorview highly enough.

This property had the perfect balance of modern and country. it was absolutely spotlessly clean. I think it was Stephen that greeted us, he was really welcoming, polite and friendly. he showed us around and gave us some information on local restaurants and pubs to visit. The room itself was well laid out. We loved the continental hamper for breakfast, the bed was comfy, the bathroom was top end with it’s decor, huge bath and very funky loo. My friend and I feel that the owners are proud to show their attention to detail and their hard work putting this place together definitely paid off. it’s a gorgeous place. The property had plentiful parking space, a gorgeous garden area and when we arrived, we noticed that there was a room available should you like to bring your pet. brilliant! we would love to visit again :-)

Absolutely incredible property, beautifully decorated. Everything that you could need (and more)! The host was really friendly and helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast hamper was delicious. Everything was so thoughtful, we loved the small touches. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

I loved the breakfast hamper each morning with baked goods yoghurts etc. The room was immaculate and lots of attention to small detail. Great shower! Cosy comfortable room with a great view of the cows in the morning and sunset.

Breakfast was lovely! We received a basket in front of our door every morning around 8.00 a.m. This way, we were free to eat whenever we wanted to. We always had breakfast in the garden, which was great! The basket contained several item, such as: yogurt, milk, juice, pastries and/or bread ... Coffee and tea were available in our room. Next to this, the host gave us some information on what to visit in the area. We definitely enjoyed visiting the Valley of Rocks!

The room was tidy and clean, but quite small when you both bring a suitcase with you. But, this was only a minor thing! Great place!

Superb accommodation, with no expense spared. First class shower room. Excellent breakfast. On-site parking, and access to a pleasant garden.

The room was simply too small - we just about managed to eat our breakfast on the tiny fitted table, but there were no easy chairs, and only minimal storage space. We brought some games with us - Scrabble and chess - but there was nowhere to set them up. It's absolutely not a place to pass time on a rainy day.

The breakfast although was continental was given in a lovely way. all fresh in a cool bag so that we could go outside to their lovely grounds and enjoy. Location was ok once we were told by our hosts there was another road in.
