All was good for our stay. Have been to Chichester many times before as is local but the first time we had stayed.

Great stay at south street apartments it was completely fully equipped with everything and more that we needed. The view from apartment was lovely especially at night time. Comfy bed and very clean and spacious showering area. We had everything we needed :)

The flight of stairs was a bit of a treck but nothing that ruined our 2 night stay

Everything was excellent. Pre visit communication and information covered everything needed. The whole apartment was spotlessly clean. A well-appointed kitchen. The complementary tea, coffee, milk, and biscuits were a lovely touch. The bed was very comfortable. It's has a lovely hot shower. Great location in central Chichester and if going further afield only a few minutes walk from the train station. Many local restaurants on the door step. I would throughly recommend this property.

Lovely flat well located

Easy to use Wi-Fi

Very central, overlooked cathedral. Well equipped, modern, spacious.

No car parking, access difficult & stressful as have to leave car on double yellow lines in v busy centre & walk with cases about 50m to get to access, then back to car & take to car park, then walk back. Have to repeat whole sequence then by 10am in morning to stay longer in the city. A lot of hassle & stress, especially as we are in our early 80s. It didn't help that it was raining heavily on the access afternoon. Did not use provided Northgate car park, as this is certainly not "nearby" nor 5 mins walk as claimed. Even Google maps says it's 10 mins at their brisk pace, I'd say more like 15 mins. It is also awkward to get to by car from the apartment, so we used the Avenue de Chartres car park near the bottom of S Street - about 7/8 mins walk & much easier to get to by car. Only cost £5.20 from 3pm & overnight to about 12 noon.

The apartment was brilliant. Very clean, great little balcony just to relax on, very spacious. Maria, the housekeeper, was great and made me feel welcome. When i get back to chichester, i'll be staying here.

Stairs. Could be a problem for some as steep especially the one in the appartment to get to the bathroom/bedroom which also had a few tight awkward turns. Fine for us but too steep for our dog to climb down so we had to carry him down each time. Going up was fine for him though.

We had a great time, Chichester and surroundings are really lovely and so was the apartment, it felt welcome, fresh, clean, cosy and large. A welcome feeling and great stay, thanks to Maria and Nick for their great service. We had some requests like arriving earlier and leaving our luggage on the day of our departure, but It was all no problem. And I think we had the best view in our apartment number 4: overseeing the park and the cathedral. One to remember!

Having to leave after one night, would of loved to stay longer

Entry was by key code which was very easy to do and meant no keys. Location adjacent to the Cathedral was excellent, the property is brand newly refurbished and perfectly designed. Spacious and very comfy, There is nothing that could be improved. Will definitely be back

Small amount of stairs mentioned on the check-in was not quite accurate, with 2 flights to the apartment and 1 more to the bedroom (with these being very steep). Fine for us but might not be for everyone

Perfect location, right in the centre of Chichester. Very handy not having to worry about the parking which was free, just 5 minutes walk away. The apartment was a good size and very comfortable and clean, and we particularly liked the little terrace.

The apartment was great, home from home. Very comfortable everything was thought of. Would book again. Carpark worked well. Nick and his team were very helpful. We had a great stay.

Just a bit confusing when trying to find apartment. Wasn't sure if we could drive into that part of South Street. All good eventually.

The apartment was well equipped and situated.

The "Welcome Pack" was not worth the effort. A bar of chocolate and a pint of milk. Maybe this needs to be reviewed. The coffee machine was so new that the pods were not compatible.

Great location, next to the cathedral and city cross, very well equipped, great correspondence from hosts. Very comfortable, contemporary design, no clutter. Easy access to the main sights and attractions in Chichester. Very short walk to the train station. Great selection of cafes and restaurants within 2 minutes walk.

Central location, in the very centre of town, meant there is some noise from the street, noticeable on a warm evening when windows in the main living space are open. However it does not carry to the bedroom, which is at the back of the property and very calm and peaceful

The apartment was absolutely stunning and superbly located in the heart of Chichester. Not only was it spacious & SPOTLESSLY clean thanks to the fabulous House Keeper Maria, but it provided everything that we needed for our stay & more! So much had been thought of ... fabulous brand new Nespresso machine (with pods!), crisp white bedlinen, fluffy white towels, fresh milk, chocolate treats & a stack of stylish current magazines, to name but a few. We had the best time! Nick was so quick to respond before and during our stay, and we would 100% recommend. Thank you for helping to make a much needed few days away so fantastic. I am sure we will be back!
