amazing in every way. Staff were so friendly, rooms were beautiful. Bathroom was lovely and great toiletries. The whole hotel was so clean, pool area beautiful. AMAZING STAY!

Architecture and design of the property was definitely nice

We had a very disappointing experience at the property about the room. We booked a standart room at that time they didn't indicate that they are giving standart room as basement floor which honestly, hard to see some daylight... we need to pay extra for changing it to a 'non-basement room' they should have indicate that for sure! The man at the reception wasn't that much friendly about this situation. After this situation, the our unfriendly receptionist change the title of the room i believe.. Anyways, if they are renting a room with a standart name it shouldn't be at the basement!!!That moment was disappointing for sure!

Checked in late and it was a little bit weird they acted like we were a big burden to check in… when we’re paying to stay there and it says 24 hour front desk and you can check in until 12AM
