Fantastic house, super location, very clean and nice, very spacious rooms, fully equipped kitchen, nice yard, hope mattres are better.

Can not fault this property. It was perfect for 2 families getting together for the weekend . James had been an exceptional communicator throughout and when, on our first evening, we could not get the washing machine to work we rang him and he was at the property within an hour. That’s excellent service.
There wasn’t anything that we didn’t like. The location, the bedding configuration, the decor, everything was perfect.

Bus stops opposite and goes direct to Oxford. Bicester Retail park 10 minutes away.
Good Chinese restaurant 5 minutes walk.

Location and a big house for a group of 3 people. Plenty of space with free parking. Near local retail park with restaurants and walking distance of Bicester Village. Nice property.

We loved our stay in Bicester. All of the rooms were spacious and the kitchen/diner was a great, social space. We loved the location of the house as it was within walking distance of Bicester Village which was perfect for us! The rooms were very clean and we really appreciated the extras such as the TV, WiFi, hairdryer etc. Highly recommend this property!

We booked this accommodation as a home-from-home while attending our daughter's wedding at the nearby Tythe Barn in Launton. There is a shortage of larger quality properties in this area but this recently listed house fills that gap. It is perfectly located close (walking distance) to all of Bicester's amenities and the each of the 4 bedrooms were of equal size, which is very rare in modern or period properties. Our needs were flexible with daughter and several bridesmaids staying on the evening before the wedding, the kitchen was large enough to accommodate everyone plus hair stylists. It was a perfect home from home base for our big day and will be flexible for most other needs.
Nothing important (the central heating system didn't have an easy "boost" function. I doubt many people would miss this but we were up very early on the morning of the Wedding before the pre-set timings and soon ran out of hot water for the showers).
