The extra charges! $379.29 more than on Booking.com! Did not stay Tuesday but had to pay anyway!?! Too expensive for the days actually there. Service charge 10%, ITBIS 18%!? Moved to 3 different rooms, air conditioner would not work!

Very clean, everything worked as expected, the staff were very helpful and friendly.

The location wasn’t next to the beach, but saying that, with taxi and Ubers it wasn’t a problem.

The location is near to everything. Rooms are well kept.safe to walk at latenight.

Stayed there only one night, everything seemed to be fine. I have to change my initial review. Two observations: 1. Hotel failed to inform of a security deposit being added to the charge (it has not been published on Booking.com site either). It took me couple of email back and force to figure it out. 2. The hotel did not accept the pre-payment via Booking.com, which might have been done on purpose. I was overcharged around 5% from the night rate (approx. $13 US) just for one night stay. The bottom part: I do not think I can recommend this hotel unless you either have no other choice or do not are about being overcharged. The hotel management chose to completely ignore my request to refund the difference.

Very clean. Very modern. The rooms have everything you need and the staff are amazing.

Hotel location is convenient to shopping and numerous restaurant options within walking distance. The hotel staff are exceptional and aim to accommodate their guests as best they can. Uber drivers were always readily available and appear to congregate in close proximity of the hotel.

We didn't take notice of anything not to like about this hotel. The distance to the beach seemed to be the biggest disadvantage however, the super reasonable cost of using Uber in this area more than offsets the negative reviews posted for this hotel.

Nothing and I've stayed there two times before.

For $184 a night the buffet breakfast i had tobpay for. The shower never got warm. And at 11:20 pm some idiot was hammering outside and using a hammer drill.

Very clean, modern and comfortable. Good location close to bars, restaurants, shops and amenities.

The only thing missing was the beach! Although only a short drive away it would be perfect if in walking distance.

Staff at the front desk was very kind and nice. Hotel itself also seems to be very new and very clean. The room was very decent.

Phenomenal staff all around, thank you all for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation.
