Friendly stuff, very nice view from the terrace

Everything was fine. Perfectly located next to the beach and the village at walking distance. Easy to park next to the entrance. Very nice staff!!

Great sunny roof terrace with a view at Castelsardo

Beautifully positioned (as per the photos) with a terrace overlooking the sea and a short walk into the town. Clean, comfortable and welcoming, with private parking right outside.

Staff were uniformly excellent: so friendly, helpful and thoughtful. The location is also stunning and the hotel accommodation itself, though not luxurious, was great; characterful, excellent value for money and very comfortable. Great location within Sardinia too - many great beaches and interesting towns/cities (Alghero, Sassari) within easy reach.

Location is great , just at the bottom of the city, restaurants reachable by foot, seafront promenade just in front of the hotel Terrace stunning view, for breakfast or just to chill, lots of patio furniture, very enjoyable spot in the hotel Breakfast staff was absolutely adorable and very thoughtful Room equipped with a mini fridge and very comfortable and large bedding

Huge deception when discovering the room : booked a sea view from the photos on booking, which failed to indicate that some rooms (ours for example) do have sea view but in the background, because first, the window opens right in the shared patio, passage area for all guests to reach their rooms !! No privacy whatsoever !! Horrible feeling... On top of that, there is outside furniture just by our bathroom window, where people come and smoke, which made the whole room smell. We were awaken late at night and early in the morning by people slamming doors and jiggling keys... Reception staff on arrival didn't make the best impression and didn't even lift a finger to help with the luggage even though the hotel is just stairs... Overall, the hotel has the best terrace view, but left us a hostel community and do it yourself kind of vibe

They had problem with bathroom, so they booked for us a different hotel, about 100 m away.

We loved the terrace with the views of the sea and of the castle. There are some sunbeds and tables with chairs (upon request, we were able to take our breakfast there, which was very nice of the hotel). The breakfast is OK with some sweet and salty options (it's actually a bit more that you could expect, given that it's described as "Italian breakfast", which is usually just a coffee and some pastry; and here there's also some cheese, ham, eggs, fruit, yougurt etc.). The cleaning happens every day and is spotless. The AC works OK in the room. The hotel is generally quiet and peaceful.

The hotel claims that it has "private parking" for guests (if you read the fine print, it says it's actually limited to several spots), which is why we chose this hotel (we planned on using Castelsardo as our HQ to explore the region). When making the reservation, we messaged the hotel that it's important for us to have the parking spot and the hotel responded confirming that a spot would be available free of charge. When we arrived, no parking spot was available at the hotel. (Actually, there was no parking spot available in the whole town, we we had to park outside the town, in the harbour). The receptionist said that the hotel confirmed the parking spot by mistake (supposedly, due to a mistake of another employee) and they never guarantee parking spots. The parking is just there on a first-come basis (it's in front of the hotel, by the road, and it's actually available to everybody; we had a sense that inhabitants of Castelsardo also use it). The receptionist was non-apologetic about it and emphasized it's somebody else's fault. The manager initially said he didn't have time to talk with us and asked us to return in two hours. When we insisted, he finally offered us a parking spot at another hotel that we used during our stay. Overall, this was an unpleasent initial experience. Please note that if you're travelling with a car, finding parking spots in Castelsardo can be very tricky in the season, especially in the evening (it's a bit easier during the day). We'd be happy to come to Castelsardo again but not without a guaranteed parking spot.

No cloth rack in the room, breakfast poor, served in an area full of flies and found mould on jam.

The location is perfect, the terrace is very large and with a great view of the sea and the old town. The breakfast is generous and delicious. The staff is very kind and available to help. The room is very quiet.

During the peak season parking very close to the hotel could be tricky, although other park spaces are available around.

Really beautiful location and view, great staff who recommended us a super restaurant. Near the beach too.

it is located on a beautiful waterfront and has its own parking lot. The room is spacious and clean. the breakfast is well prepared. I wish stayed more nights there. The beach in Stintino is only one-hour distance. The driveway near the hotel has fantastic views. The balcony area has shade after late afternoon not to worry about strong sunlight.

When I arrive to check in after 8 pm, the parking lot was full. The receptionist said to me to take the car somewhere else with an indifferent attitude but I could not find any empty space around 100 meters. I felt quite bad.
