The setting was nice except the firepit area was a little too sloping.

No stove, the little cooking top stove was very dirty. No coffee, tea, sugar, shampoo, bath soap, hair dryer provided. Bathroom shower door didn't close. Towels weren't appealing, very aged. Front door didn't lock on the outside, could just push door open. It was a very nice cabin, but no extras to be found.

Seclusion- although close to cabins they weren’t real close. The cabin was new, well kept, and clean. Loved the hot tub!

Shower door would not close tightly, needs adjusting. A hamper in the bathroom, had mold in the bottom it.

It was a cute, quiet cabin with a hot tub.

Nothing to do when (if ) power goes out. Had no service, hot tub was tricky to get in and out of, nothing was near by, etc

I loved how clean it was and the seclusion the cabin had.

This was a lovely little cabin in the woods. The hot tub was divine after sitting by the fire! Located about 30 minutes from Old Man's Cave, local attractions weren't far away. The bed was quite comfortable and I was surprised to find both a soaking tub (not super necessary with the hot tub) AND a shower. The location was very quiet and peaceful! I found myself fully recharged, after a horrible year teaching 8th graders, in the three short days and two nights we were there. The cabin size was absolutely perfect for the two of us!

I had left messages prior to arriving that we're not returned. Thankfully, we opted for the car rather than the bike and it was a good thing. The road leading up to the cabin was all gravel and uphill! We never would have made it on the bike. The stove in the kitchen worked but the burners would not sit straight and it is pretty dim over the kitchen area making cooking difficult. While mostly clean, I was pretty grossed out by the long hair stuck to the shower wall at eye level. My husband and I both have short hair so it definitely wasn't ours (let alone it was there when he first got in the shower). While we did find a great deal of cut wood, directions for locating the wood would have been nice as would a fire poker or axe. Much of the available wood was cut into very large logs. The fire pit, while wonderful, was pretty close to the road. Not a huge deal because there wasn't a ton of traffic except first thing in the morning.

Very clean, very private.. we had an amazing time.

Beautiful small getaway. Had a hot tub looking into the woods. Modern like cabins with wifi, TV, refrigerator and microwave. Chair was a hoot!

We got there and waited because Britney or customer service took forever to get back to us! We texted, called, and did a social media message. We saw someone from a different cabin walking her dogs and asked how she was able to get a hold of them. She told us to call two times in a row and it worked! However, I wasn't happy about that. If you own a property or customer service, you should have your phone on you no matter what. My husband and I should not wait for you to respond. It took 30 minutes... We stayed at Owls Tale. The hamper had mold in it. The door to the back didn't close correctly. As well as the shower. Also the fireplace was difficult to use.

beautiful, had their own Netflix and roku, the hot tub was nice and spacious

the bathtub was a bit janky, we found spiders in our bath towels, the oven was old and janky

It was a fun and unique property with a wood burning indoor fire pit, an indoor swing, and a hot tub. The property was peaceful and serene.

The cabin did not appear to have been cleaned prior to our arrival. We had to clean everything ourselves.

It was clean and cozy and a great place to relax and enjoy the hot tub.

Bed was comfortable, hot tub was nice, staff made things easy.

There was hair in the bathroom as well as toothpaste residue on the sink. Kitchen had leftover cups that were dirty, when we turned on the jacuzzi tub dirt and bugs came flying out of the jet

the breaker kept kicking in the room and there was no light on the porch by the hot tub but other than that it was good

it was homey and comfortable

Booked this based on pictures and reviews but didn't expect to find such a gem of a location. The cabins were very well maintained. The hot tub was amazing. The streaming TV service was good. The pups were ecstatic. Can't complain about anything.

I didn't like the fact that i had to leave lol. No complaints.

wish it had a stand up shower but did have the spa tub.
