An extremely pleasant surprise for our accommodation in Paris: impeccably clean, complete tranquility, comfortable and warm (despite the chilly weather outside in April). The neighborhood was quiet with cafes, restaurants, and shopping nearby. The Desert Blanc apartment was beautifully decorated and equipped with everything we needed, from a corkscrew to a hairdryer and a dishwasher. The internet connection was very good. Public transportation was also convenient with the Levallois-Perret train station and bus stop only 300 meters away. We had excellent communication with Edgar, who helped us greatly. His clear and precise explanations and the welcome postcard were nice touches. Our children enjoyed the candies after a long and tiring journey. Thanks also to Daniel, who patiently waited for our arrival. The cleanliness was impeccable, with no strange odors, bugs, or stained linens, which was unbelievable for Paris. Clean , safe and quiet area with a wonderful staff who were proactive with communication. Close to a big grocery store as well as to the train station. Brandon and Daniel were both very helpful and were there to meet us on time when we arrived. We were a family of 5. Two of whom have mobility issues. The elevator was a big help with all our luggage. We took Uber ride everywhere and the property was maybe 20 minutes from the heart of the city. Great stay! We will come back to stay here again!

The location was really great. Lots of restaurants and cafes nearby, and a fast train connection to the center of Paris, just two stops away!

Hay que viajar un poco en metro.y.tren para llegar. Euros 3.20 desde el dpto.hasta.Paris.

Normal, comfortable and clean apartment, not bad location,train station and bus station is nearby, big shopping mall is across the street where everything is available.

three times during the week of stay staff open doors with their own keys, without notifying us, one time from that three they did not knock. I say to them that I am not happy with this becouse I have some bussines meetengs in city and while my wife is alone with childrens I dont want to someone enter apartment becouse in all cases come new persons that I didnot know. so our privancy was ignored.

The staff were very friendly and always on hand when needed. When we needed anything they brought it to us immediately. I would recommend this to anyone.

The only thing I could think of would be the laundry situation. They only have 2 washing machines available and 1 dryer. I had another visitor take my wet clothes out of the dryer to put theirs in after I told them I would gladly put their clothes in when mine was finished. So I had to sit in the laundry room for an 1hour 45 minutes to make sure that didn't happen again.
