Tiene todo lo necesario para que 6 personas esten confortablemente. Agradable la ubicacion para caminar por la zona vieja

En la foto aparece una terraza, pero el apartamento no la tiene. El edificio tiene varios apartamentos. Supongo que alguno tiene terraza y los demas no, pero una de las razones que lo tomamos fue por la terraza y fue una decepcion que no estuviera.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación y el trato que nos dieron, nos sentimos atendidos en todo momento. Nos daban sugerencias sobre donde podriamos ir y el personal muy amable, incluso la limpiadora era muy simpatica.

The terrace in the pics was a different apartment. When I asked to switch I was told she would check but I never heard back. The handle was also hanging off the door and I reported it but didn’t hear back. The wifi stopped working two days before we left. we needed it for work. I asked 2/3 times and was told it was working fine in the rest of the building and that was it. All in all, Eva did seem nice and helped us when we got locked out but I felt communication was lacking.

it’s well situated between some of the bodegas and the old town area.

1) it was cleaned superficially, the floor was very dirty and they didn’t come back to remedy the situation. 2) it’s stylishly decorated, but the quality is lacking. need to pay more attention to detail and fix some of the small issues around the house. 3) communication was poor via booking, but very responsive via WhatsApp. More of a hassle if you don’t use WhatsApp usually.

The apartment and terrace was very nice. The design of the house was beautiful and it had a lot of useful things like iron. The kitchen was fully equipped. The terrace was very big and comfortable. The stay was perfectly organised and we had a great time.

The shower was quite small and the TV didn’t work very well.

The location was good. A nice apartment. We found suitable parking nearby so look around otherwise the recommended places were too far. Lots of information provided for the duration of the stay.

Misrepresented with many photos of a roof terrace that was not part of the apartment. Building works going on outside. When mentioned to the owner, we were told to close the window if we did not like the sound of the city waking.

The apartment was fantastic, the air conditioning had rhe room cold in no time. I cant fault anything. But the best of all is that Eva contacts directly she does not only provide the apartment but she is the to help with any situation. She also has apartments in other citys. I will be going to Seville sometime in the future. All in all i would recommend this to anyone
