We had a great time... And a nice stay... Place was nice, spacious & comfortable. Pools were awesome.

We have stayed in this complex for 10+ years and find it to be a nice experience. Clean, great location and affordable.

Peaceful and roomy.

We have stayed in this condo 5 plus times. Generally great! The A/C unit has a loud knocking noise when on. The blinds in the master should be replaced or darkening drapes installed to keep out the morning sun. One roll of TP is not enough! Animal poop on the steps the first day with more the second day. Called management and they took care of the problem right away. We will come back! Thanks for listening to my suggestions.

Amazing. Clean, comfortable room. Lots to do at the activity center. Nice staff.

Great stay at 2 bedroom condo--clean, easily located, check in with gate locking system was good, and lock box for condo key was ideal. Rates were resonable too.

I guess we had come to experience the perfect place to stay with our other accomodations in D6 in past years (i believe it was 4 or 5 years)when they were managed by condosintheosarks. Te unit we had this year H2 was not a good experience...the air conditioner in the B side did not work and the filter in the front of it was very very dirty...the shower curtain in the B side was moldy on the bottom. The jacuzzi tub in the main bath had dirty jets and we did not want to put water in the tub above them...the main air unit was loud and did not cool very well either. It was a good thing the weather was not as hot as usually is when we visit. We know there was a sign on the key box that said lock out was $50.00, but i felt that was very unreasonable when we locked ourselves out due to one of our grand children locking the knob on our exit by accident. I would not recommend this property or this organization to any friends and most likely will not stay here again on our annual visit to Branson with our family.

It was the first time we have ever stayed with them. The condo was perfect. Very clean and the beds were comfortable to. It had plenty of room in it. There was 4 adults and 2 kids. We were on the ground flood. The catch and release pond was out our patio door. It was a beautiful view. We will definitely be going back. I would recommend this to anyone that wants to go to Branson. Was in a very convenient location. Easy to get out of and go to attractions or just enjoy the stuff there. Grocery store and Dollar store just around the corner.

JUST AS THE FIRST STAY IN MAY - EVERY THING WAS GREAT.

Minimally furnished. Adequate, but a rather sterile environment. Less than warm and inviting. Great facilities to use on premise contributed to a great vacation.

Need new pillows. Overall unit was great. Third chair would have been nice on patio. Beds a bit too firm, but sleeepable. Very peaceful setting. No noise ever. We would stay again. Low rental price was come-on with many add-ons. We're used to that ruse. Overall still good value.

Our experience was very nice. The area was very, very quiet and peaceful. The condo was clean,could use some updating but the beds were comfortable so that was a plus! I would recommend a new shower curtain in the master bath!

Relaxing

The resort in general was great - lots to do! The Lakes condos were situated in the middle of everything within the resort.
My only complaint would be the rate for this specific unit/condo since it was not updated and very few amenities comparatively to other condos in the same resort.

This is the 4th year we have rented units from this company, however this was not the best unit. It didn't look like the floors had been swept, the bath towels in one of the bathrooms we didn't think had been washed. I wasn't sure if this unit was being remodeled as we had light switches but no lights. in one bedroom we only had 1 light which was a lamp. Where the trash can sat the wall needed to be cleaned. I will rent from you again but this unit needs some work.

Took our 3 boys to Branson for their first time. We usually just rent a hotel room but thought we'd try a condo. We weren't at the condo much except to sleep and shower. Which could've been better except both beds were so uncomfortable that I ended up sleeping on the chaise like chair in the living room. We didn't eat or cook there but loved the option with a kitchen. Besides the hard beds I think ceiling fans should be installed. All night we heard the people above us walking heavily on the floor above us. Sounded like they were going to fall thru.

We arrived no issues with anything, so clean it was amazing, we were actually surprised at how much space there actually was there and the back balcony was a huge plus the overall stay was above expectations and the pool and hot tub on site was amazing for nice relaxing evening!

We had a comfortable stay here. It is ground level but down one flight of stairs to get there. It was fairly clean except for the shower area in the master bath. It had shaving whiskers on the wall and some mildew on tub surround. It would be much better if the owner spent a few dollars on sheets and towels. It is the cheapest most basic of everything. The view of pond and patio out back is very nice.

We have stayed at this facility for over 6 years. Everything was great however the unit we were in had a faulty shower valve. You needed a screw driver to turn on the water. Otherwise the Condo was very nice.

When you are paying $100 plus a night, IN ADDITION TO a mandatory $75 housekeeping fee, You assume certain things, like clean floors, walls, and showers.

The sinks and toilets were clean and towels and sheets appeared to be clean. However, that was the extent. Countertops were filthy when wiped with disinfectant wipes. Had to spend nearly $100 on cleaning supplies. Every windowsill has dead bugs and dirt on them. Walls are dirty, and in need of repair and major touch ups. Floors had dead bugs, dirt, and debris scattered everywhere, AND, are so completely filthy that even after we scrubbed them THREE times, I still have to keep shoes on myself and my toddler or we end up with blackened feet. Disgusting!!! They obviously do the very bare minimum in cleanup, which is unacceptable!!!!!!

The tubs were both so backed up that the water level is well over our ankles before you can even get your hair wet. The Jacuzzi tub has pink mildew around all the jets and black mildew on the tile. Even after being sprayed with Clorox cleaner and scrubbed, MULTIPLE TIMES, it is still disgusting. We haven't even been able to use the shower part, as very large house spiders keep popping out of the jets. In the guest bathroom, the shower floor was so embedded with dirt that it took 2 1/2 magic erasers to get it up. Then, when I reached for the bath towel, there was a very large spider on it that crawled on me. We have also had to kill millipedes and fend off a 30lb raccoon that walked right up to our condo and tried to come in our front door.

The Kitchen floor was dirty and the pantry has accumulated dirt and dead spiders in the corners. The provided coffee pot was filthy with a layer of brown stains inside the water reservoir. What!?!?!

Also, the second bedroom has a lingering smell of smoke AND the couch has a cigarette burn on it, even though this is a no smoking room. Completely disappointed that we spent so much money for a place that is so dirty.
