Luxurious views of the bay and just 285 feet to the white sand beaches of Bradenton Beach. Bay Winds 113 is a 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom townhouse style apartment. This townhouse is very comfortable and extremely well equipped. This property is close to the restaurants and shops of Historic Old Bridge Street and just a minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to do within walking distance of this property. The owners of this home have taken great care to provide their guests with all the thoughtful “little touches” that can make for a great vacation. There is also access to a fishing dock where you can catch your dinner or overlook the Intercoastal Waterway and if you are lucky, watch manatees feeding on the sea grass.

There is one covered parking space assigned to the unit along with extra guest parking spots. This Condo Association does not permit motorcycles, trailers, large trucks, or RV parking.
Please keep in mind that you are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night. Excessive and unreasonable noise can deprive neighbors of the peaceful enjoyment of their private property.
