Lovely room, nice decor and comfy bed.

No fridge, door dlightly awkward to leave due to narrow opening.

The room was tastefully designed, the building is very new so we benefited from this to. It is situated near the harbour & it was our first time visiting Newquay. 10 out of 10. The staff was very helpful & friendly. Thank you for our wonderful holiday.❤️

Great location, convenient car parking to rear of property ( ticket machine £6 for 24hours), exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated room. Coffee and tea making facilities available.

Quite a firm mattress but that’s subjective! Quite a pricey tariff for only a room.

Extremely clean and modern. Very close to all amenities and the beach. Rooms were a good size and we were communicated very well to by the owners.

No reserved parking but with patience you will be able to acquire a spot to the rear of the building which is very popular with beach visitors during the day. Not a huge issue and certainly should not put you off this fabulous location.

Nothing for my stay. Code to back door didn't work, but I was probably doing something wrong. I can imagine it gets hot in the hight of summer, so a fan would be useful.

Water ran cold after one shower husband could t shower had to go out in the evening after beach without showering this was due to the amount of people showering??

The very musty smell which was in competition with a sickly smelling air freshener. Had to sleep with the windows open. The heavy door to the bathroom which could not be propped open for easy passage. No tissues. 1 small tube of shampoo and body wash.

Room not cleaned once even when card put out before 11am to be cleaned.1 use toiletries for only 1 person not replaced. No towel rail and no bath robes supplied. Not value for money.

The accommodation was tastefully decorated, exceptionally clean and well positioned.

There was no blind in the bathroom and although the window was obscure it was situated opposite the toilet. As the light switched on with motion, trips to the toilet were somewhat uncomfortable.
