My third time at Lower Deck. Stayed for seven days. Everything about this place is just right. It’s clean, spacious and comfortable and has all the facilities one requires. The owners are very pleasant. There is a welcome hamper for guests. Little touches like that make a difference. The location is outstanding, close to shops, restaurants, pubs, the beach and the De La Warr, but it’s quiet at night when you want to sleep. You could not stay at a better place in Bexhill.

Everything was great, as usual.

Lovely property in a great location for shops and restaurants. Lower Deck had everything we needed. We would stay again.

Location great since it's only a short distance to promenade and railway station and just round the corner from an excellent restaurant and fish n' chip shop. The recently refurbished large rooms, bathroom and kitchen and a lovely extensive welcome pack. The decor was appropriate.

There is a slightly awkward step in front of WC and the smoke alarm is over sensitive (it was triggered whenever we used the toaster!). We found it impossible to use the TV for terrestial channels even with the help of the instructions.

It is impossible not to give this property full marks! Clean, spacious, comfortable, nicely appointed kitchen and bathroom, beautiful and thoughtful little touches throughout, and a great location. Lovely welcome basket of goodies too. Absolute highest recommendation.

Location is excellent. Very convenient for buses and trains. Shops close by and there's a corner shop almost next door. Restaurants and cafés are close by too. As for the accommodation, it can't be faulted. Everything is to hand and Mia and Ashley provide a very good welcome basket.

The location was excellent within walking distance from the beach and the shops .

We liked everything about it the various utensils in the kitchen were fantastic if anything we found the bed a bit uncomfortable for us .

Excellent accommodation. Bexhill was also surprisingly good.
