Sehr gute Lage. Zwei Schlafzimmer + zwei Bäder. Für vier Personen sehr geräumiges Apartment. Gute Ausstattung ( sehr wertig in den Bädern), schlicht, aber geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Sehr gut funktionierende Klimaanlage. Gute Geräuschminimierende Fenster. Rollläden. Hausflur sauber und gepflegt. Hier wurde regelmäßig desinfiziert. Fantastische Ausblick von Dachterrasse zur Akropolis. Kontakt mit der Vermittlung gut. WLAN klappte sehr gut für alle. Bis auf Sauberkeit waren wir sehr! zufrieden.

Apartment war schlecht gereinigt (schwarze Männer-Unterhose und blaue Wasserflasche vom Vorgänger hinter Tür und unter Bett, unter den Betten wurde nicht geputzt, Heizkörper in einem Bad und einem Zimmer verdreckt). Handtücher für zwei Personen fehlten. Die Vermittlung reagierte prompt, Handtücher konnte man sich im Wäschekeller nachholen, die Reinigungskraft am Folgetag brachte nochmals neue Handtücher, entsorgte die Unterhose, reinigt aber nicht noch einmal das zweite Zimmer und zweite Bad. Das war ein bisschen schade, denn ansonsten hat uns der Aufenthalt in dem Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Auch der Dachterrasse mit dem fantastischen Ausblick sollte mehr Beachtung geschenkt werden (Austausch der zerfetzten Auflagen der Aussenmöbel). Eine zusätzliche Kofferablage im größeren Schlafzimmer wäre sinnvoll. Küche nur mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet, für uns ok, wir haben nicht gekocht oder gefrühstückt.

Location in the Plaka was exceptional.

Lots of stairs. Multiple emails with conflicting codes shared ahead of the trip made check in a bit stressful.

Fantastic location, and rooftop terrace. It was nice to have a fridge and kettle and complimentary tea and coffee.

The shower screen didn't close, so the bathroom often ended up getting very wet. There also wasn't an extraction fan in the bathroom and the towel radiator didn't come on. It would have been nice to have a full length mirror, or at least another smaller mirror in the bedroom, rather than just one in the bathroom. The front door code was changed during our stay and not communicated to us - we only found out by chance as our friends were staying at the same place and bumped into the owner.

The room was dirty, there was a guests before us hair in the bed and lots of dust soap scum all in shower and on tiles, wifi wasn’t working; we tried to contact the property for 3 days straight and no response

The location of this apartment is AMAZING. It's literally right in the heart of Plaka and so easy to get to. There is a parking garage around the corner too, which is a huge bonus for people like us who had a rental car. It's a modern and updated apartment building -- beautiful and tastefully decorated with all of the necessities. Beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable! One of the things that we appreciate the most was the EASE of getting into the apartment. It is a fantastic system that is put in place by the property managers. You receive a code to the building. The key is in a lockbox at the door of your apartment. You just return the key to the lockbox after you have finished. So easy and simple.

The floors were very dirty (surprising since the rest of the apartment [bathrooms, kitchen ,beds] were so clean) and the apartment had a slightly funky odor.

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to everything. Clothes washer in the basement and a place to lock your luggage if you arrive before check in or depart after check out. The rooftop area is very nice.

I enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a view of the acropolis and loved that we were within walking distance to many things in Athens!

Nice and soft bed, great shower, access to the rooftop as advertised and easy check-in/out.

I would recommend to change key box codes as some gypsies tried to mangle with them while I was leaving the apartment and they new the code.

location is really great and you have the best of Athens on walking distance

1. This property was listed as property offering paid parking- thats NOT true. I booked it just because I wanted arranged parking. After booking they were kind enough to say you must arrange this alone with no excuse and explanation or any kind of support offered to me- so I did struggle to find parking for big car - but there are few parkings around you can fond place if not to busy. Parking option should say NO for this property itself 2. After check in done at 19:00h for family with 3 kids- we stayed 2 night- we realized that 3 bed sheets were missing and one set of towels. After call and chat- they said it can come only tomorrow…..They never brought those neither they called or excused themselves. first time have seen such attitude on booking - very disappointed as service from the host!

Location is just perfect. Roof top with beautiful view. Very comfy double bed.

Not enough plates, bowls. Chopping board would be good to have as well. Cleaners could wash floor bit better too.

Everything was fantastic! Amazing location close to everything, from souvenir shops and restaurants, great for larger families. We were there over new years and would have had great views of the fireworks off the balcony up top. having access to laundry was great after a few weeks backpacking!

We only had 1 roll of toiletpaper for 2 toilets and one of the beds was missing sheets. The sheets were never delivered.

Great location in the heart of Plaka and relatively quiet when considering the location. Roof top has great views of the Acropolis.

To get in contact with the host was not easy: in spite of my messages when I arrived in front of the door I didnt have enough instructions to access. Don't try connecting with Whatsapp as from their provided instructions: nobody replies.
