I have stayed in several places on my vacation but this is the first time I have felt totally comfortable, safe and right at home. Adriana is a delightful host and has a wealth of knowledge of the area. There is also a wonderful patio where you can enjoy a drink and listen to the birds sing. Considering everything, it was great value and I would highly recommend it.
The birds would stop singing every time I tried to record a video.

Ofrece muy buen precio, esta bien ubicado fuera de lugares de mucho ruido como el centro, cercano a Casa Adriana encontramos muchísimas opciones de comida, a media cuadra pasa el autobús sobre la avenida que nos llevo al centro.
El hospedaje esta muy cómodo, la atención fue muy buena por parte de la señora Adriana. La habitación muy linda y limpia, el colchón muy cómodo y el WiFi estaba bien.
Llegamos temprano y nos cuidaron el equipaje y el día de nuestra salida también nos resguardaron el equipaje sin costo porque nuestro avión salia algo tarde y hasta ese día alcanzamos ir a Sayulita, para ir a Sayulita tomamos el camión a 2 cuadras del hospedaje así que resultó súper bien.
Ah también hay una cocina para prepararse alimentos lo cual resulta practico, nosotros realmente no la usamos casi pero esta muy bien. Nos sentimos realmente como en casa.

-booking dice que hay cocina compartida, pero ya que pagas, te dicen que para usarla hay un costo de 100 pesos.
- Quise tomar el agua comun que ponen a disposicion de los huespedes en el patio y el vaso se llenò de suciedad!!!!!
-El cuarto no tenia ni una ventana y olia a humedad
-en la ducha encontramos pelos; el agua sale o que hierve o fresca, no hay manera de regularla y en el baño no hay donde apoyar las cosas.
-los ganchios para colgar la ropa estaban llenos de polvo
-las almohadas muy incomodas
- hay letreros de reglas para todos lados
Estuvimos muy incomodos.

The rooms are very nicely decorated, the beds and sheets and pillows are comfortable. It feels like you’re at home 🏡 The shared kitchen area has everything you would need and more.

Very large double bed. Very friendly and helpful owner. Ten minutes walk to the beach (but 15 minutes by taxi to the centre of the town).
Bathroom floor wet because of leak in ceiling. Shower needs some attention. The owner said these problems would be fixed quickly, as soon as I reported them to her.

My wife and I had an amazing time at Posada Casa Adriana in Puerto Vallarta. We were welcomed warmly by the hosts who made us feel right at home. The location was superb, in a quiet part of the city and close to many excellent restaurants. Getting to the airport, Centro, and Romantica was easy, and the value for money was great. We would highly recommend Posada Casa Adriana to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Puerto Vallarta.

Adriana is very personable and helpful. The location is close and accessible to everything (beach, bus, restaurants, etc.). Rooms are tastefully decorated; facilities spic-n-span clean and wifi is fast. There is a great feature of a courtyard that I wrote and had breakfast in.

Cute little nook of a home. The owners are actively attentive to your needs and share suggestions of the area. I was coming from a hostel and just wanted some rest and I got exactly what I needed.

Friendly bed without breakfast. Close to beach and restaurants on a quiet street. There where many mosquitoes in the room, but when I mentioned this, the owner came in my room, and got rid of the bugs with a electric racket, and also gave me one of these plugin things, to keep them away in the night.
Picture stating there is air-conditioning in all rooms is misleading.

Liked · I couldn’t have chosen a better place to start my holiday! I immediately liked the feel of the place and atmosphere. Adriana is not only a beautiful person but also a lovely attentive host and I would have stayed longer if it wasn’t that I want to visit other parts of Mexico I liked this part of Puerto Vallarta, less chaotic than super busy Los Muertos. I’ll be back in 2 weeks.

Amazing staff at the property. We were a bit all over the place when we arrived and they couldn’t do enough to accommodate us. They took us out for food and kept in communication after our stay regarding some items we left behind. If we’re back in the area in the future this is the only place to stay. Rooms are very good value for money in Puerto Vallarta.

The owner of property Adriana is amazing, very accommodating and takes a great care of her guests, I had to make last minute changes and she helped me to get it solved very fast and most convenient way. Location is perfect, great food nearby, bus stop a block away, very quiet and safe area.

It is a very clean, comfortable and safe accommodation. It is very quiet yet, located only a block from the main thru town bus route. It is very easy to get anywhere in Puerto Vallarta from this location. Adriana speaks perfect English and is happy to answer any of your travel questions. Large grocery store is only a few blocks away. Highly recommend this stay...
