Das unkomplizierte Einchecken am Automaten hat gut geklappt. Das Bett war sauber und gemütlich.
Im Bad hat extrem es nach Kloake gestunken. Morgens gab es einen Stromausfall, wie sich herausstellte, nur in meinem Zimmer. Es war nur 1 Kleiderbügel vorhanden.

Ruhige und gute Lage, was die Busverbindung nach Aachen angeht.
Ein Wasserkocher und Gläser/Tassen wären wünschenswert.

Snel inchecken via een automaat en nette kamer met badkamer. Voor de prijs helemaal top.
Kamer stonk naar rook, waarschijnlijk omdat op het balkon naast ons veel werd gerookt.

Bereits bei der Ankunft streikte der Terminal zur Anmeldung. Über Fernwartung wurde versucht die Störung zu beheben. Danach habe ich wieder versucht mich anzumelden. Klappte auch nicht. Ich habe das Zimmer dann mit der Testkarte genommen, welche bei der Fernwartung erstellt wurde. Kurz darauf rief man mich an und teilte mir mit, dass dies nicht gehen würde. Ich müsste mich nochmals Anmelden. Habe ich versucht. Klappte auch nicht. Also, wieder angerufen. Natürlich alle Anrufe mit Warteschleife. Da teilte man mir dann mit, ich müsste zum Partnerhotel und mich da anmelden. Terminlich war mir dies aber an diesem Abend nicht mehr möglich. Am nächsten Tag war keiner im Partnerhotel. Auch mehrmalige Anrufe kamen nicht durch. Auf den zugesagten Rückruf warte ich heute noch. Nur booking.com hat sich gemeldet und geht der Sache jetzt nach. Danke an booking.com dafür.
Zum Zimmer: das Bett empfanden wir nicht sehr bequem. Daher schlecht geschlafen. Das Badezimmer passte in das Bild. An Armaturen abgeplatzte Chromschicht, Dusche ließ sich nicht umstellen. Daher Duschen nur mit Handbrause. Nachdem Duschen stand das halbe Bad unter Wasser, da die Duschkabine nicht dicht war. Zum Schluss klappte dann auch der Fön nicht.

The beds and linen were comfy.
It was quiet a bit humid in our room since we stayed underground. Also a fridge would have been nice to store cold stuff as there was no kitchen or anything else available at the location.
Everything was clean except at some sealings there was spider webs.
Overall ok for the money but stayed already at way better places for similar money.
Also the machine Check in did not take any foreign Visa cards except German ones.

Very convenient place for a quick stay when on a long journey, just next to the motorway. The room was spacious, bed comfortable and the area very quiet. Good value for money and the automated check-in allowed us to get in late (just before midnight) with no issues.
When we arrived just before midnight, there was no more car parking spaces left outside the property. I parked on one end of the car park near the hotel entrance but by the time we were leaving at 9am the following day, the car has been towed away for bad parking! I know this is not entirely the hotel's fault, but we missed the warning signs about towing as they were not very obvious in the dark and there was no mention where to park should the car park outside be full. Secondly, the hairdryer in our room wasn't working, not a big issue but annoying for sure.

It's perfect to stay for a night. Easy check-in and out with a key machine even in the night. Close to the motorway.

Cleanliness
The hotel is quite off from the center, and the room is super tiny. The smell in the room is like chemical cleaning, and it does not appear even the second morning.

Large room for three. Warm, comfortable, relaxing and quiet. Easy to find, good location, very close to the motorway, free parking off road. Fire alarms work well!

Still signs of renovation outside the room. Check in could be simplified. Woken up at 1am by fire alarm set off by someone else. If there had been a fire we followed fire exit signs from room 112 to a very small area outside which was very close to the building.

Comfortable bed, self-check-in, fast checkout, mostly silent, near a Mcdonald's, a couple of restaurants and the highway. Perfect for sleeping one night if you are travelling on the road.
The room was clean but the curtain, unfortunately, was stained and there were some spiderwebs on the walls.
