The condo has been remodeled and shows well and stays well. Very clean and upgraded. The oceanfront view (across the highway) is superb and your dead center in the triad looking out over the pool and ocean.

Unfortunately the property, like the majority of condos in Fl.) is currently undergoing restoration from storm damage. During our stay, weather permitting, grinders, saws and power chisels were the soundtrack from morning to late afternoon. The beach is being reinforced with a seawall and heavy equipment was the view from our lanai. Because of the heavy onshore winds during our stay the lighter sand (silt) was blown onto the property causing the pool to be shut down for a day or so while cleaning took place and balcony furniture was covered in silt. Picture a haboob lite. The mgmt and Vtrips did there best to ease the pain BUT for the sake of those that rely on full disclosure to make our decisions as to where we will spend our vacations WHY can you not disclose the current status of these properties? This would obviously affect our decision on location. I would advise anyone using the online services to be extremely diligent in your research of the property and exercise strong consideration of the "current" status of the property and surrounding areas. Don't rely on pictures or vids that could be dated and not representative of current conditions that will affect your stay.

The location and views. Ocean and pool.The unit was very nice and clean and comfortable.The unit was fully equipped with modern appliances and fully stocked kitchen. Very nice .The location was not far to Flagler and restaurants, entertainment. St, Augustine a must .

No elevator available directly to all floors

Bed had big dip in the middle Floor near the window in Master had lots of condensation so always wet. Not sure why. Sink leaked in master bath around handles

I want to commend the owners for having such a beautiful condominium. They left nothing to be desired. Everything was comfortable, with plenty of the necessities needed to make a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Side note: I think you may need to caulk around the front shower door in the master bedroom. I think the water tends to leak out. (I do construction, but didn't have anything with me or I would have caulked it for you!)

The property was very clean, well furnished with linens, towels and kitchen supplies. Unobstructed view of the ocean from the balcony. Beautiful, clean pool. Ample parking. Nicely decorated with a beach-y, ocean theme.

There were stairs to get to the first landing, from which we could take the elevator. This wasn't an issue for us, but could be an access issue for someone who can't easily climb stairs.
