Garden was lovely and because we were lucky with the weather made it special!

Nothing we didn't like. Kitchen looking a little tired.

Loved the kitchen amenities, some fresh milk was in the fridge, coffee pods for a nice coffee machine, good oven and stove, comfortable beds, nice new white linen, new white towels. Some shower gels provided which was not needed but a nice touch. Super cosy decor, nice crockery, brand new baby travel cot provided. Parking on site great. Lovely information inside handbook very handy. Some interesting books in lounge.

The entrance to the house was run down, rusted table and chairs , cobwebs, could do with a jet wash clean on the patio area. Shower door in main bedroom didn't close, Washing machine left clothes soaking wet even after a spin. The house really does need a serious deep clean, we can deal with the spiders, it's the country and to be expected, but general cleaning is not up to scratch. Terrible smell only in master bedroom, musty , like rotten veg, couldn't figure out exactly where it was from however it actually was strong enough to wake you up

Great location. Quiet. Plenty of space for 6. Excellent response to problem with hot water. Quickly resolved - thank you. Cannot fault response to query. Lovely soft bedding and pillows. Comfy beds. Endless hot water once turned back on! Super garden with seating options. Lots of different seating space so could spread out and do different stuff without all being on top of each other in just one lounge. Was pleased to find additional fridge freezer in garage as the one in kitchen was way too small for the amount of food we brought! But we do like to cook when away and enjoy our food! With garage fridge we were sorted.

Hot water had been turned off by mistake so had cold showers first evening but phone call to concierge resolved it quickly and easily. Excellent service so no complaints. Kitchen equipment adequate but not great for a family who like to cook. Provision of an ice cube tray would be appreciated by guests who like a G&T! Addition of a bbq would also improve the offering as the garden is lovely. Shower door in ensuite main bedroom doesn't close properly so had to be careful to not get. Lots of water outside the shower.....this really should be replaced......... Sorry I meant to mention it when rang about the water problem but was more focused on that so forgot! The staff were SO helpful I genuinely think no-one is aware this is broken so I hope this helps. I get the impression that had I mentioned it someone would have been round the next day to fix. The gentleman I spoke to was fantastic.

Excellent location, quiet & peaceful, lots of space & everything we needed in the kitchen, etc.

The bedrooms had a musty smell, particularly the master bedroom which was a bit unpleasant. Although the property was clean, it was a bit tired & could do with a freshen up. The driveway was narrow with no turning space which would have been handy to know in advance.

Washing machine didn't spin The garden/grounds were not up to the same standard as the barn itself. The bushes were overgrown & the patio needed sweeping.

For peoples who come in the first time to apartment that no one wait for them and they need to search the safe box, it was very helpful to put a picture of it. For long time we search a big safe box and not something small and little box.
