Comfortable bed, professional and friendly staff, good facilities and aesthetics overall of hotel

The pressure in the water jets in the bathtub were not working correctly and would randomly shoot out water really fast uncontrollably. Breakfast wasn’t that great. Stain on the floor and the lack of entertainment on the TV.

The room smelled like a toilet/drain, clearly coming from the bathroom. The mattress was something special, that I have never experienced before in a hotel room, very old and unconfortable, with a massive dip in the middle which made sleeping impossible. And there was the room service, if I can call it that... our food arrived 1 hour and 20 min after we placed the order, and only after we made a second call to ask what was going on, and it arrived cold, and quite frankly didn't look safe to eat. I would never stay there again, I wish I never stayed in first place. The staff was friendly, the only decent thing about this hotel.

Amazing hotel with friendly staff that go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and happy. would only stay in this hotel if I come back to Kosovo! so gutted I didn’t have time to go to the spa, but I definitely will on my next visit

We liked the hotel very much, stuff was very polite and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend this hotel. Room is big enough and clean, SPA is also amazing, breakfast also offers big variety of options.

Staff in the wellness, restoran and reception was nice and professional. Room was tidy and clean.

Terrible smell of cigarets which was coming via open door of winter garden to the non smoking part of restaurant. The door was always opened. It was freezing as well. Staff in the restaurant did not close the the door to the smoking place - winter garden. In the wellness is the cigaret smell coming from the room for smokers to the relexing room. Free TV channels did not have signal...it was jammed. Free internet in the room was realy low.
