This is a private house and rooms are usually let to students. I messaged the facility to find the exact address and the owner gave me a telephone number to contact him on arrival. He was friendly and helpful. Basically a 'house share'.

the location was great. it was clean. the room was very simple, had nothing at the walls, no table, but clean. there was a clean kitchen to use if you wanted. great service from the staff who gave us great advice and a lift from palma !! 😊

The room needs warming system.

We stayed here while walking the GR221 and it was just perfect. The accommodation is located right in the historical center of the beautiful mountain village of Valldemossa. We were welcomed by a friendly man who also rents a room in the house. The room is basic, but has really all you need. The comfortable bathroom and kitchen are shared, both were very clean.

We wanted to have dinner in the house, but the dining table only had one chair. Really weird, we had to move the table so one of us could sit on the sofa.

It is a room in private home, not as I uderstood private room (not dorm). When I arrived I was surprised about it and travelling as single female and living in private home or a male I felt unsecure. Especially that the doors to the room had NO KEY (lost by somebody renting before) and the inside lock was not working secure enough (I wouldnt be able to sleep good at night).. Bathroom was outside the room so you never know what could happen when you go take a bath or leave your staff going for a walk. Yes it is in a good location, but it is an illegal rent and overpriced for the conditions provided. I was promised to get my money back as I had to find immediately another accomodation (travelling with my son) but the property is not answering to booking request to settle payment back (it goes as standard cancelling). Maybe if you like risk or key is back ... but I do not recommend to those taking care of safety.

The owner was excellent, provided all the support we needed and even more. The facilities were clean. It was very good value for money.

There is nothing I didn't like, but this like a home rent, therefore I thought a grade of 9 was fair.

Beautiful accommodation in a beautiful village! The lessor is very friendly, kind and helpful person, we felt really good in the apartment. The room is big, with a nice view, in a calm, quiet locality. The entire house is nicely equipped and tidy. The bed is not king size, but totally enough for two people! Towels and bedsheets were prepared for us in the room. 10 out of 10, recommend! The place is very well accessible by car or bus (bus station is about 5-10 min walking from the apartment and the ride to Palma takes 30 min), there are restaurants, shops and supermarket also within 5-10 min from the apartment.

Excellent support from the property owner. Helped me when I was in "clothing-crisis" in the last minute before a wedding.

What a perfect location and the hosts were super friendly and helpful. They kitchen is really perfect for cooking and there is a small dining room. You can't beat the price and location.

For the price and location there is not too much to say negatively! I will definitely be back!

Good location, helpful owner. A free access to owners kitchen is an advantage.

Its more like airbnb. The room was not that cosy - it's rather spartan, cold and low budget. The bathroom is downstairs, what is inconvenient. The door are thin and there's noise from owner's flat well heard. . There's no parking nerby, and no precise indications in the rental description. There was no hairdryer, but finally I got one.

The host was very friendly and Made sure that i was comfortable and I enjoyed my stay. She gave Good recommendations concerning the local cuisine and even Provided me with spare clothes when i was completly soaked from the rain.
