The hdmi cable from the box to the TV was missing. Couldn't get any channels on the TV.

What did I like?? Nothing. Avoid this hotel if you are traveling to door county.

For future travelers, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!! Extremely poor service and management. We booked this hotel 1 months in advance. When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel owner told us there's no room for us. Everything shows normal on Booking.com and we got the confirmation code and password. The hotel owner claimed it's not her fault, it's booking.com's fault and she does not have a room for us even though everything was confirmed on the website. She said our booking information never reached out to her and only appeared 4 days ago. She tried to call us 4 days ago to inform us about it but couldn't get through. We pulled out the phone and in fact there was a voice mail 4 days before the check in date. However, booking.com never gave me any cancellation messages. It still shows confirmed right when she was saying she does not have a room for us. Even if it would been a real cancellation, she could have informed us way in advance, not 4 days before the check-in date. We took a Friday off work to travel here for the weekend and this weird thing had happened. We called booking.com to see if they could help. They offered to call the hotel owner. According to booking.com customer agent, the hotel owner was extremely rude, hang up the phone before she could finish and refused to help. A customer agent girl told us that she would email us any alternative hotels she could find in 30min-1h but she never did. We waited and waited, no messages. Finally we decided to drive back home. The next morning, we saw one message from booking.com hours after they promised and several other messages at 1-3AM in the morning. I've been using booking.com for years and this is the first time that such thing has ever happened. It's astonishing how poor this hotel manages their own booking system and how booking.com customer agents would promise something that they couldn't make. I will definitely use other websites for traveling in the future.

The bed was concave and so uncomfortable ended up sleeping on floor.

Our window faced the tavern on premises. Very loud music and people jolted us awake right outside window at 1:15 in the morning. The motel is listed as Sturgeon Bay, WI address. In reality it is 16.5 miles out of Sturgeon Bay. Not pleased after a long day, deceiving.

Very smooth check-in. Easy access on the hi-way. Just a walk to the lakeside park if you want to have a quick sunrise view. And there is a pub beside the hotel if your down with some drinks too. All in all our stay in this small hotel is great. If we're going back here next summer will definitely choose this again.

The motel was in between Sturgeon Bay and Jacksonport. Even though it was on the main road, the traffic noise was close to none. It was close to a bar that had delicious food.

The price for what was offered was alittle high but overall it was a pleasent place to stay. We didnt come into contact with the hotel staff unless that was them who ran the bar next door. We were only left a note saying where to find them for check-in/out.

It was very clean and convenient to have Mikes pub right next door.

The address is misleading on the website. We thought we were staying in sturgeon bay as it states that is the address. Jacksonport wasn’t very convenient for us. More clarification on location would be helpful.
