Rooms are very comfortable, concierge service during arrival is excellent, bar and cocktails are great and the evening entertainment was good, good breakfast and the restaurant for dinner is excellent if a little limited on choice.

Not a lot, only gripe would be for a 5 star hotel and the price it's not strictly ski in ski out.

The staff overall made our stay. They were incredibly helpful and polite and went out of their way to accommodate us (e.g. by the shuttle driver turning up 15 mins early on our departure day just to take us to the bus station). The two gentlemen in the ski hire and boot room were incredible (they literally helped my wife to put her boots on and take them off every day! I have never seen service like that anywhere else.

Literally the only thing negative on our stay was the egg chef at breakfast (who appeared to have had a charisma by-pass) !

Staff - Really helpful. You went out of your way to find us skiing lessons, and nothing was too much trouble Breakfast - Great healthy choices, and personally cooked omelettes Ski service - Really helpful, and exceeded my expectations - making our boots more comfortable, for example. Very knowledgeable about the resort Happily come again

Spa - Got crowded at peak times - especially the sauna, steam room and Jacuzzi. Worth using though

great new hotel ! everything is wonderful. the employees go all out for the guests. Special shout out to several Employees who made my stay memorable: Teo, Pierre, Ema, Charlesver ( dining server) and the staff at the ski shop was superb!!!!!

Staff were superb. Ski room staff were incredibly helpful, as were the reception staff.

Whilst the breakfast had an excellent choice the cooked breakfast wasn’t warm enough

attention to detail. staff were very attentive and left no stone unturned. Went out of their way to make us feel comfortable during our stay. They’ve set the bar in terms of hospitality and would definitely stay again

Amazing view onto the mountains from the room. We had chosen the half board option, the restaurant is excellent and the staff very friendly. The hotel is only 1 year old, very modern, beautifully decorated and ideally located at the bottom of the ski slopes. It takes 50 meters by foot to reach the ski slopes. The fact that the boots and skis can be rented on the premises is definitely a plus! The staff in the ski shop is devoted to make you fell comfortable. Than you very much to all staff for their devotion in making the holidays unforgettable!

I wouldn't recommend the partnership with he other "Les Etincelles" restaurants in Tignes. They are way below the Voulez-Vous standards, cuisine and service wise. And unfortunately the temperature of the hot water in our shower was not high enough. It felt cold, especially after a long day in the cold.

Great Breakfast, and superb half board food for adults. Staff very very keen to please and helpful. Ski Boot concierge service to help put them on and take them off in the morning and afternoon was excellent for the children and beginners in our group. The evening cabaret entertainment for four nights was as bonus, the kids loved it. Karaoke room was also a big hit and the pool spa area was a popular option apres ski.

Evening menu selection for children was limited, fussy eaters may struggle. Would have been different if a few more child friendly options were made available. Just adding french fries wood have solved the issue.

The rooms were very spațioase and modernul decorated. Also the location was excellent, you could just out your skis on and go directly on the list. The staff was also very friendly and helpful.

The Meniu at the restaurant wasn’t very varied.

Great facilities, beautiful hotel with every amenities you can think off, the location is perfect to get to the slopes, and most of all, an incredible staff, very helpful and friendly. I would go back without hesitation.

advertised as having 3 restaurants available but apparently one of these 3 wasn’t available. also suggestion to change the menu occasionally as having same choices every night was not ideal. having said that, the food was excellent!
