Clean in bathroom but very dusty elsvere. Fantastic wiew over the ocean. Lock to balconydoor broken, mositonet broken, the hole place needs some take care of.

We could not lock the sliding door to the verandah (overlooking the ocean). we could however like the flyscreen.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great place to base yourself to do day trips to Freycinet and St Helens.

Great views and a wonderful set up and facilities. Overall, a good stay.
Self check in was difficult to open key lock and no contact number for help. Eventually got in and we're delighted with house. Cleaning a bit haphazard.

Location, modern, layout
only one split cycle for entire house (not counting heat lamps in bath rooms) made it a little nippy on colder days; especially if one is coming from more tropical climates

Location was great , The house was lovely with an Excellent kitchen.
A clothes drier would have been handy or even an indoor clothes rack suitable for a family

New property that actually had an ensuite and a second bathroom with a bath not the one bathroom in the description. Large balcony with great ocean views. Comfy beds, large TV. Big kitchen, large walk in robe for the main bedroom. Better than the photos.
Old furnishings that made the property look 20 yrs older. Appliances that were old or faulty. 2 out of 3 fans were faulty, nespresso machine leaked. Mismatched crockery, glasses. Oven was not working.
Washing machine but no dryer.
Great views but the glass doors as too dirty to see through. Would have cleaned them but no sponges we provided, not even in the kitchen. Gardens were a bit over grown
