The AC was not working in most of the rooms. Living room AC there was water leaking just by the electrical switch ( Major Safety Issue). One Of The Master Bedroom didn't have lights by the shower.. Refrigerator was dirty and was not making ice at all.. The whole house had bad smell.. Backside of the property was very dirty..

The showers and toilets, the floor was uneven, there was dead animals in the front yard.

I never get a hold of anybody I couldn’t get in plus had spend xtra money to find a hotel at 230 am cause nobody would let me in to the apartment I rented took almost two days to get in still waiting for my refund finally when I got ahold of somebody it was all Lies

Absolutely nothing. This is house is not what was represented on line. Do not believe the pictures. The yard is completely dug up in front and just dirt. The furniture is old, dirty and dingy. There is not an adequate bed in the entire home. It is a DIY project inside with hand installed linoleum floors and not done well. There is no "ample" parking. It is not Echo Park-that is a lie. This is Angelino Heights, and because of that there are No Trespassing signs all over the front of the house. DO NOT Be Taken In like We Were! Stay away from this house. It's not safe.

We tried to stick it out for one night. The topper for us was when a neighbor started banging on the front door at 9AM! because we were talking on a cell phone in the back of the house. We tried to cancel on the second day because the house was dirty and did not feel safe. We got no response from booking.com or the owner to ask them to be reasonable and allow us to cancel the remaining days so we left and checked into a hotel instead. Obviously this house has a reputation and the neighbors are not happy about it. What could have been better was booking.com helping me with my refund. They declined. They do not represent the consumer, they only want their cut of the fee. I contacted the owner. She pretended to be with booking.com and when I called her out on it she hung up on me. She obviously has gotten complaint calls before and launched into her act. I then texted that number and said that this a fraud and she texted me back and said that I am a fraud (!). I am losing $1,600 here in a house that I booked because they said that Dodger stadium was a 15 walk uphill (we were there for the marathon). Another lie-its 40 minutes uphill. You would be crazy to stay here. Its places like this that give home sharing a bad name. This is a permanent short term rental. No one lives here obviously. Booking.com should be ashamed of itself for allowing this to go on.

Loved the location. Centrally located in Echo park area, close to Silverlake and the Sunset strip. Cute park across the street and friendly peacock that shows up in the morning.

The beds weren't very comfortable and one was completely broken when we arrived. The bathroom shower off of the living room is overly complicated and runs hot and cold while you're showering and it's quite unpleasant. The front yard is unleveled dirt, no grass, so when it rained (yes, it rained) it made our rental car a muddy mess.
