super clean, comfortable, spacious, nice furnishing, good supply of toiletries, helpful staff, coffee and tea accessible throughout the day

breakfast was not very varied and rich, vis a vis the price paid and the brand of the hotel. I stayed for 13 nights and every morning breakfast was the same. It has to have more nuts and fresh fruits and variety of jams and cheeses. Thank you!

Customer service at the front desk. Need to be more knowledgeable of reservations system. I was charged twice for the room. Should not be multi tasking while taking care of one customer. It took me 30 minutes to check in. Because the personal kept answering the phone, food deliveries, could not find my reservation.

Great breakfast selection. Hotel is close to major roads/expressways.

Anthony (night staff) was extremely rude when I asked him to come up and have a look at our room lock it was stuck. He made several excuses and was very rude!

This was our first stay at SpringHill Suites and we were very impressed. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. We had a great sleep and the breakfast included many choices. The shower pressure was fantastic!

This is so minor and it did impact our stay, but is worth noting that the length of the shower curtain in the bathtub resulted in a lot of water on the floor.

Air Conditioner didn't work well. They never came to check it out or fix it. Room was semi dirty and didn't smell very clean. I told the front desk but he acted as if he didn't even understand me. Breakfast was horrible and barely cooked both days.

It was very nice

I liked that the parking space was spacious and there was a gas station right next to the hotel which was very convenient. There is also a Walmart that is super close. The room was semi big, with the two queens bed as requested, and the couch was very big along with another pullout mattress on the bottom. The breakfast in the morning was mainly healthy so that was nice, overall I enjoyed my stay and my family members did as well.
