The property was very close proximity to all that we wanted to do on our mini getaway.
We opted for a double bed when we made the reservation. We would get a king-size bed next time.
The double bed plus the sofa would be a great option for more than 2 people.

Die Lage ist super. Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Eigentlich die besten Voraussetzungen.
Schade, dass das Buchungssystem nicht passt. Und das jetzt schon zum zweiten Mal.
Buchung hatte als einziges Hotel nicht geklappt. Bei allen anderen Hotels auf unserer Coast to Coast Reise lief es reibungslos. Und das passierte uns in diesem Hotel schon zum zweiten Mal. Beim ersten Mal hatte es ein Reisebüro für uns gebucht. Hier sollte dringend das Management gewechselt werden.
Zudem konnten wir die Klimaanlage nicht ausschalten

Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Hotel was clean, and the breakfasts were good. The patio area is particularly nice and the fitness center has some very good and abundant equipment. Rooms were very quiet.
The ironing board cover was torn, but I told the staff. No problem.

Kind of confusing location - getting in and out of parking lot - quite a few entrance/exits.
The hot tub/spa was not hot at all on a cool night.
No paper (notepad type thing)
A couple more hooks in the bathroom would help and a luggage rack in the room would also be nice.

The breakfast is great. The location was close to a friend that I was visiting. I was pleased with it.
I was disappointed I called two hours after I had left this morning and indicated to you that I had left my new Apple charger and cord in the bedroom you indicated that there was nothing found. I’m disappointed.

Loved this hotel! Was in a great location, super friendly staff, and a nice hot breakfast!
Only thing about this stay was there was no shampoo in the dispensers.

Breakfast and coffee was great. Nice touch to have coffee available all day. We appreciated the gym and used it every day
While on the floor doing yoga in the gym I could clearly see dust and a cellophane wrapper under a weights rack that was there all week.
The smoke alarm in our room blinked bright lights now and then during the night and would wake me up as I like a very dark room.

Room was good size , bathroom well equipped
Facilities good heated outside pool with plenty sitting and lounging area with large fire pit and indoor gym .
Bar area could be stocked with more variety of drinks and snacks .

THE breakfast was mediocre . They were constantly out of fruits, juices, egg dishes or meat. Out of fresh fruit first morning at 8:30. Out of OJ and meat second morning 9:30. Apparently it was time for her to start closing up.
3rd morning at 9:00 out of the so called omelets. When someone asked were told it would be there in 20 mins.
