Nothing to like about the property

***AVOID AT ALL COSTS*** There was a terrible smell in both the bathrooms, the boiler stank of gas and it carried through into the whole property. The lift is boarded up and being on the 1st floor we had to carry a pushchair up and down each time we wanted to leave. The bath mats smelled that bad we had to put them outside because they made us feel sick with the smell. All ended up ill after our stay. Charged over £1000 for the 4 days because of Silverstone. Do not stay. Beds were like a bouncy castle and the most uncomfortable bed I have ever stayed in. Read all the other reviews.

Extremely unpleasant stay for all these reasons: - We could not open the door to one of the apartements despite following the instructions, the lock was broken. The landlord was not very helpful, as he only offered accomodation for half of the people, so we eventually had to sleep several in single beds. - The landlord offered to reimburse one night for the appartments, but eventually it was a lie and reimbursed less than half of what was promised. They kept ignoring our complaints. - The appartments were very dusty, the matresses old and dirty and the linen did not cover them properly. Even one bed was broken. This can be seen in the pictures. - There was no hot water. - The maid came two hours before check-out before notifying and expected to kick us out when we were still in the appartment. - Dishwasher was full with dirty stuff from the previous tenants.

1. Clear instructions on keypad use. 2. Beautiful location. 3. Quiet and clean. 4. Enough room for my family..... was like from home to home.

1. No warning about scarfolding. 2. Free parking advertised, finally sorted after exchanging a few emails and phone calls. 1st person we spoke to asked us to pay for parking and then request a refund on our return home. 3. One of tbe sofas too low.

For the price we paid, I wasn't expecting much but I was very surprised. The apartment was beautiful. Well kept, clean, and had everything we needed. It was incredibly comfortable, and the area was pretty quiet too, with all the amenities nearby.We felt very safe.

There was nothing I didn't like, to be honest. Aesthetically, i would replace the blinds in the living room for more privacy. Other than that. Perfect.

Excellent location for shops n restaurants. . Spacious flat. Bonus 2 have 2 bathrooms.

Didn't know there was an option of a ground floor flat as not specified on booking site. Would have been handy to have the option as we had a mobility impaired guest and there wasn't a lift. We got allocated a 2nd floor apartment.

The property looks nice, but the 3 video cameras made me feel like I was being watched non-stop. I noticed that on the booking it doesn't say this about visitors, I actually felt at the interrogation not like I came to enjoy a vacation.

Loved the placement, you could get everywhere within 10-15 minutes walking or driving. The room with the 3 beds was fantastic. The homely features!

No corkscrew, but we bought one and left it for future users!

We was working at central which is only a stones throw away. Sainsbury’s is next door and loads of places to eat around you.

Unfortunately, the lifts weren't working. Would have preferred immediate access tv as wifi was difficult to find.

I love the location, the size of the flat is brilliant. The cleanliness is awesome.

There was no internet available, TV will not work without Internet. Phone network is really bad. I wouldn't mind the Internet if the phone network is acceptable, knowing having kids that will always need entertainment. Call and message on WhatsApp, response is really poor. I have to park at the car park outside the building to try and use my phone.

The cleanliness is good. I like the location that near to the Sainsbury and other mall. It is easy to access to the bus station. The host is very kind!

I liked nothing the place was dirty, the kitchen utensils was dirty up on arrival, dishwasher looked like it had washed a rugby teams shirts and the chewing gum left on the door frame was just not acceptable, no tv aerial flooring dangerous if not wearing footwear!!!

Apartment was clean. Facilities okay

No lift as I am an elderly person. No bedside facilities. No fuse in toaster. No light bulb in main bedroom.
