J ai trouvé l hôtel vieux et bruyant

l'accueil par le personnel et la localisation de l'hôtel, la propreté au sol et dans la salle de bain

le chauffage en soufflerie, qui fait trop de bruit et qui empêche de bien dormir la moisissure sur la sortie de la soufflerie (chambre 215 au moins) l'absence de chauffage dans la salle de bain

Le chauffage par soufflerie très bruyante, qui se déclenche par intermittence en pleine nuit, literie pas très confortable et oreillers petits. J'ai très mal dormi. Salle d'eau exiguë, et bac de douche qui ne s'evacue pas correctement

Worst hotel experience I've had! Photos when I booked online didn’t match, dirty tiles in the bathroom, mold over shower head. Got to switch 2 more rooms, was again dirty bathroom, and under the bed it was dust and you could see that it was easily wash over. I check in at night and checked out early morning after, and got another hotel I don’t recommend this to anybody!! Stay away!

Nothing in fact we refused to stay and booked out immediately and found accommodation elsewhere

We booked online (of course!) and prepaid...there was no parking adjacent or even a drop-off point for unloading our baggage! Also - it is quite hilly around there.

We arrived at the wrong Ibis (there are 4 in Angoluême town!🫣) the receptionist in the one on the outskirts was as helpful as allowed...but was not authorised to change our prepaid booking to that Ibis with the parking outside....nor to allow us to just pay the difference. We have mobility issues and lost our fee totally...so simply swallowed up our loss and made a new booking for the F1 next door...with lots of free parking just outside! 😊 Shame on Ibis to not have had some flexibility...or a heart😠😤👎

Very well situated and check out time is noon. Had vending machines and hairdryer available. Alao 24 hour lobby.

Shower needed a small amount of deep cleaning for small amount of black mould.

It was good my 3 hungry sons were happy

Not far from the centre of town, friendly staff and comfortable beds.

A little bit smelly when you first walk into the room, but after opening the window it didn't bother us.

The hôtel is right in the centre of the town and the staff we're very friendly and helpful.

We had a noisy neighbour with loud music on all night.

We could have done with secure parking even for an extra £10E a night.

Good value for the price and really well located

They didn't speak English or other languages. Place a bit weird if you arrive at night. Difficult to park. You need to park in a near private parking (not expensive). Very little bathroom.
