Beautiful property, modern decor, well maintained and excellent location! Kitchen well equipped, beds are comfortable, A/C and Wi-Fi work well, house is very spacious and has its own driveway. Suitable for family with children. Property pool is wonderful and clean, BBQ grill works well with an outdoor dining table. Walking distance from public beach, with nearby restaurants. Really enjoyed our stay and felt like home away from home. Highly recommend!!!

it was only 1 block from the beach and from a little strip mall with restaurants, bars, ice cream parlor, etc. very handy!

The price was ok. We paid around 450Euro/night but you have to be aware that prices in Florida a 3 times higher than in Europe and the standard is 3 times lower

The equipment was very simple, one could at least have expected cleanliness. However, the apartment is only superficially clean as soon as you lift a pillow or open a drawer there is dirt everywhere. My husband and daughter were eaten by bed bugs (small bedroom). When we contacted the owner she asked for evidence of the bed bugs and claimed they were beach lice, however due to the bad weather we did not go to the beach once during our stay. The pool in the photos belongs to the neighboring house. The house itself is not a detached house, but a residential complex with strange neighbors. Every night the neighbor whimpered half the night and we couldn't sleep. There is also no private patio or garden, the patio in the photos is a direct passage for the other residents to their apartments and right in front of the master bedroom so everyone could peek into the bedroom as they walked by. In general, West Palm Beach has nothing to do with the famous Palm Beach. There were so many homeless people and strangers in the area, we didn't feel safe. Left the house early and booked a hotel

Location was wonderful. House was clean.

Hang a shower caddy in the shower. No place to put soap, etc.

The house has very nice decoration and have a lot of towells and things to go to the beach.

The pool wasn’t at the house. The mattress in the main bedroom is too worn, it has an indentation. The air conditioner in the living room does not cool (it was 32 degrees celcius) and the one in the master bedroom drips with water. There is no possibility of late check out, even if we offee to pay for it, not even a place to store luggage. We had to run at 11 am.

great location and very clean

The House was exactly like the pictures. Each couple had their own private space. The beds were so comfy and the location was perfect! My questions were all answered quickly and everyone we communicated with was friendly.

If I had 1 complaint it would be the TVs. We struggled a bit with the Streaming only set up. Would have liked a few local channels included or maybe just a streaming for dummies manual. :) Not normally a problem while on vacation but it was during March Madness.
