Location, facilities, peaceful yet close to everything.

the location is perfect you can walk to the beach but also to the restaurants down town. The outdoor area with the pool is really calm and beautiful, super nice to relax. Apartment is also really nice and has everything what is needed.

The location is good. The room is huge and everything works and it’s brand new.

No breakfast nor cleaning the days we stayed. The internet information is a little confusing. They say there’s no bathroom and they ask for a room upgrade for free but when you click nothing happens. Untill the last minuto I didn’t know i ‘ ve got it or not

Apartment, staff facilities. This was our fourth time here and we will return next year .

The host was caring, he checked us on up time and again, he even upgraded us to a better suite! The location is amazing, the place has my heart.

It was peaceful and we were able to check in early due to the fact we landed early in the morning. We had our own room and bathroom.

The TV in the living room wouldn't turn on.

absolutely gorgeous location, apartment with a great view to the pool, garden, and channel. Excellent in all aspects: A/C, TV, great bed, soft sheets, pillows, kitchen with all necessary appliances, pans, pots, etc… Minutes away by foot to Las Olas, and a 20 minute walk to Fort Lauderdale Beach.

I liked the location and the apartment was very spacious! It was quiet a very relaxing. The staff was very pleasant and accommodating!!

We have stayed at this property many times but since Covid we had not been able to get there in over 2 years. The previous owners are gone and new owners and crew are as nice and as accommodating. They are still polishing some things up but property is as good as a few years ago. We look forward to returning again. Hotels aren't for us but this is an entire 1 BR apt (and they have 2BR's as well) and just allows more room to relax, have a drink, fix a snack and let the worries of the world melt away.

A couple of small things. A dishtowel (ended up using a bathroom hand towel) or dishrack so we could have dried dishes or put them up to dry in a rack. Some more glassware; was difficult when we had friends come over for a drink pre-dinner. TV which is my fault for not being more technologically advanced. I had no idea how to work a ROKU I had to google and learn.

The Location

The owner of this place was very rude, multiple times. Came out and yelled at my group and I when we were playing music. If you are looking to have any fun here DO NOT stay here. You are not allowed to play music. We got yelled at around 2:30 P.M, for being too loud. We were just talking and laughing and trying to have a good time. We were never talked to in a respectful matter. If you are trying to have a fun time, DO NOT stay here!!!

Awesome location, friendly staff and fellow residents. Amazing waterfront pool.

Bed was a little uncomfortable and closet was not well fashioned. Minor issues..overallI recommend highly and would stay agsin!
