The location was perfect - right in the center of town. I liked having a locked front door. The room was clean and I liked the private patio. The daily breakfast delivered to the room was delicious. WhatsApp communication with the front desk was so convenient. The front desk worker, Elbis, was amazing - so responsive, great English, very helpful with recommendations and reservations. Free water, coffee and WiFi was a bonus.

It’s new and comfortable

The breakfast can be better. Not so many options and a limited portion. They should give a key to the guests get in the hotel. We need to wait for a while to open the door for us every time.

The hotel seems pretty nice, but we were lucky there. Our room was late 1:30h and we were super tired after spend the previous night in volcano Acatenango, so we were awake for almost 48h. After getting our room, and trying to use the hot tube (reason we got this hotel, once we knew we will be really tired after a backpacking) we realized there isn’t hot water and we need 1 more hour to take a shower and give up to relax in the hot tube. With all of the inconvenience we needed to change our plans what was really bad. I think if the hotel is working normal it’s a really nice one to stay.Hopefully it was a pontual problem. The location is pretty good.

Breakfast can be better. They have 5 or 6 options, and each person can choose one and they will deliver in your room in the morning. Our room wasn’t ready when we got the hotel. Hot water problems.

Great location, quiet. clean, hot water, air conditioning, very kind staff

Cosy, clean and very comfortable. Staff were extremely cooperative (couldn’t remember his name but he was so helpful : allowed us to use shower on our return from Acatenango volcano hiking). We’ll stay there next time and strongly recommended to everyone.

Clean, attractive decor, friendly staff, good location

Hot water worked only intermittently and with very low pressure when it did work. There was a jacuzzi in my room but there would have been no way to operate it with that hot water performance. Wifi worked poorly, with frequent disconnections. Breakfast must be consumed in your room since there is no seating or other space in lobby. Breakfast is brought in from outside and does not arrive before 8:15, which is tough if you are here on business, as I was, since I had to be out the door before then. The room has a fridge, but no desk, a tiny low coffee table not large enough for breakfast, no place to work, and the only outlets are by the bed. The room has no window. In general the room decor is nice but the facilities and layout are useful only for sleeping.

Only ventilation was air conditioner, which fortunately worked well, otherwise room would suffer further from humidity. Toilet seat too small for toilet bowl.
