They very quickly helped me change rooms when the first one wasn’t very clean. The second room was perfect and very clean.

traveled with my elderly mother and her going up stairs is very painful. No where on the description does is state that they don’t have elevator access. Also, don’t pay for a room with a view, as they have zero rooms with a view.

No breakfast was available

The restaurant attached to the hotel has apparently been leased out to a chicken-wing chain, and doesn’t open until 1 p.m. There are no other restaurants in that entire “old town” part of Zapopan around the Basilica, so if you are on foot you will be out of luck finding any food.

the hotel is old rooms are all on second level no elevator room was dirty , the pillows where yellow and had roaches 🪳everywhere room has no curtain’s so there’s lots of light hard to rest

Some of the reception was nice, their were a few females and males that had this pretentious attitude that was not welcoming at all

That the hotel was fixing water pipes and shut down or water with out notice , and while said pipes were being fixed out toilet began to over flow With water and excrement
