Great beach and very quiet indeed. Had a parking space for us. Could use a swimming pool, although not the main one in the hotel. Overall, good atmosphere although it would be better if we could make more use of the hotel and added amenities.

Limited use of the hotel facilities including the swimming pool. Far from the beach and felt isolated and secluded. There could and should be more business and facilities in that whole Azuri area otherwise one needed to go Riviere du Rempart or Rochest Noires villages for shopping and everything else in which case a car would be needed. More affordable food places including fast food outlets should be introduced. Also more beach and water activities would be more welcome

The location of the apartment was great, conveniently located for our holiday. The apartment was very nice and spacious. The complex is fairly quite and private. Check in was very simple.

The beds were uncomfortable. Bedding and quality of towels need to be upgraded. Cleaning lady was unreliable.

Being able to push my pram around freely and easily. Having everything in one place. Having our own apartment but being part of the resort lifestyle.

There needed to be another heated pool. The gym pool is not comfortable, and you can't order drinks or food there. The Radisson pool is fine but never really felt welcome there and it was also not always heated. there needs to be more activity areas not just all entertainment clumped together. When the wind blows there are not many options of things to do. The restaurants and shop need some serious work, food was average and shop had a very small selection. A better children's play area/park.

Lack of kitchen equipment eg 4 mismatched knives 3 forks 3 spoons Left over dirty underwear in cupboards small hard and uncomfortable beds

was just what we needed for my elderly father who has troubles walking / climbing stairs

The readinesses the staffs came to solve some issues I had regarding the location of the key. Bringing a rubbish bin as the door was locked and repairing the lounge door as we couldn’t unlock it.

If you have to offer some pastry as an apology please offer fresh pastry not left over from the day before. Not a good impression. If a client send a request as urgent please call to find the issue don’t reply by a negative response
