Room was nice

I traveled with 2 service dogs and they put me in a room next to an entry door. It was too loud for me and the pets with all people coming and going. Front desk banged on my door at 1am to go move my car and there was no where to move it too.

Previous stays at this location had notably better room amenities. This time, we had a fully appointed ADA compliant room, but on the 4th floor??

The door in the small bathroom makes it necessary to close it in order to multitask in there. Its in the way.

Room was spacious. Pool area was very nice. Breakfast had a good assortment.

I couldn’t get Span Way road to come up on my maps. Finally typed in address of David’s Burger, next to it to get directions. My biggest complaint is that the breakfast was very unimpressive. obviously all frozen, processed foods, unfrozen and heated to serve. Not good variety of fruit, freshly made eggs, bacon or sausage.

No shower gel, no battery in remote, hard as hell bed, no clerk at desk for 10 minutes, noise all night from highway

The desk staff could use hospitality training. One staff maybe she was the manager is rude and have a terrible personality. stayed for almost a week, during the stay had to ask the cleaning staff in the hall for new towels and trash bags, because we never received room service even after requesting. Some desk staff had friends hanging out in the lobby on a Saturday night like it was the hangout spot.
