Wonderful stay! Marko was the perfect host. Really welcoming and friendly. Helped me arrange travel to to the Piltvice lakes and recommended other places to visit in Zadar.Room was spacious,clean and comfortable.Villa Location is beautiful and right next to the marina with restaurants nearby. Would definitely come back to visit again and would recommend to others 100%

beatyful view for a sea, extremly close to park, sea (5m), to the city center, is not a Hotel but rooms was clean every day, breakfast was served freshly made and in beautyful garden.

As soon as we arrived, I wished we were staying more than one night. Marco and his family were very friendly and accommodating. Our room was in the first floor with a terrace overlooking the beach across the streets. beach loungers and umbrellas were provided for free - an unexpected bonus! We rode into town on the provided bikes (free again!) so we wouldn’t have to worry about parking in old town. it was a great ride. The room was also fully stocked with a mini bar. We really appreciated the extra touches. It made our stay truly enjoyable.

Really friendly owners, place was clean, free parking and a top location.

Perfect view, next to the water. Very comfortable bed. Everything was clean and the size of the place is perfect for a short vacation for two people. Hosts are very accommodating, friendly and helpful. It’s about an hour walk to the old town, but there is a bus available, alternatively, Uber is quite cheap.

Everything! Everything was great. Large studio for myself and one bedroom for my daughter and her fiancé. it was nice to be able to cook in for a change. The bedding was really nice. Location excellent. Nice to be away from all the hustle and bustle and not drag suitcase for a long distance. But a short ride, walk or bike and you can be in the old town. Marko and the whole family were wonderful and helpful.

Didn't like that we had to leave.

Everything was amazing. Villa Ivana is run by a family and they make their guests feel very welcome and cared for. There is beach equipment and bicycles, recommendations for sights and local restaurants are excellent! And the breakfasts are good too!

Absolutley fantastic location, super friendly and warm welcome owners, unbelievable grest breakfast and everything. It’s a 12 not 10 from me. P.s. Many hotels should learn from Villa Ivana.

Owners are kind and very nice! Location is perfect - in front of the beach. Breakfast was good and delicious! We rent bikes too and it was super fun and easy!

The location is excellent: right by the beach across from the Zadar city center. We could make use of bikes free of charge offered by the proporty to reach the city. We also could use their lounge chairs for the beach. Very friendly advice on where to go and what to visit.
