Excelente ubicación y estacionamiento.

La cama no es tan cómoda, pero por el costo esta excelente.

It was close to Luquillio Beach and El Yunque Rainforest. There was street parking. The bedroom had AC and a comfortable bed. The rocking chair in the living room was wonderful. The kitchen with a fridge and gas stove allowed us to make meals for ourselves and save money. The management was responsive and came to fix the shower head that broke.

There were some things that were not cleaned, like the soap/shampoo/conditioner dispenser, bathroom fan, the stove, and some of the glasses and kitchen utensils. The bathroom was very hot. The AC is only in the bedroom. The living room has a ceiling fan and a tower fan but it was still hot at times.

The place was clean and the bed was cozy.

I didn’t like that the place was not prepared for storms in terms of having a generator and water. I also, did not like that we we’re charged a cleaning fee and had to clean before we left the place.

I had a nice stay. Very good instructions sent for check in and out. It was clean and comfortable. It's a tiny little town with not much going on. It is close to the rainforest and the beach. It was well equipped with everything you would need for a longer stay. I would book it again if staying in the area.

Really minor things the bathroom fan was noisy. There was only one AC for the whole apartment. It fortunately was in the bedroom and there were windows that open to the living area to get air there. One of those interior windows was missing screws and was difficult to open. Again, minor things but they should probably be fixed.
