Everything was perfect! The complimentary golf cart was a plus! Made it easy to navigate the property and see all the different arenas. We also upgraded to a room overlooking the outdoor arena. Absolutely wonderful being able to wake up and watch the show from the comfort of our own room!

Beautiful and new facility. The valets who worked both evening and morning shifts were trained well and very attentive. Not impressed by the front desk/check in experience.
No hot water for tea (or coffee) in the bedroom. The pastry/coffee shop closes at 8pm and it’s inconvenient to order in-room dining late at night when you’re getting ready for bed and all you want is a hot cup of tea. Second time staying at this property. This year it was a week later in the season from last year’s stay and nothing was open for a Sunday/Monday stay. I would highly recommend for a local FL resident discount for Sunday and Monday nights. This year’s stay was not worth what we paid for.

Beautifully done! Restaurants had very good food. Pastry shop was to die for! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Attended a wine tasting event which was done first class. The event occurred during the holidays and the arena was decorated as a winter wonderland. A beautiful venue!
Wish they had a restaurant open for breakfast other than the Pastry shop.

Loved the hotel room and grounds. We were able to be a part of the winter wonderland event and it was great. The only feedback I have is because of the events held at this Hotel they may need to open more sit down restaurant and breakfast places because the lines for the restaurant were very long.
