Inside, the location was perfect: brand-new, clean, comfortable with easy check-in procedures.
Outside, the parking space was super cramped and it was very difficult to find space. I did not feel 100% safe at this location as a female solo traveller. The location is in an industrial area (literally right next to the McDonalds McDrive). There are a lot of people hanging around at night.

Der nette Herr, der mir den Trolli hoch ins Zimmer getragen hat.
Bischen steril das Hotel. Mein Zimmer lag im 1. Stock. Leider kein Lift vorhanden. Frühstück gibt es auch keines. Parkplätze sind direkt vor dem Hotel, kostenfrei sogar. Aussicht auf den Parkplatz u. weiteres Firmengelände.
Es ist ein reines "Business Hotel"....mal für eine Nacht, aber niemals für mehr, dafür ist es zu ungemütlich.

Very modern hotel, spotless, and easy access with unique code door entry. good room very large , fantastic window blinds to keep out light. staff very good and friendly.
loved the veranda on upper deck.
as it's a new hotel, will take a little while for the path ways to it to be properly maintained but a great stay is certain here.

Very clean, nice stores around, good price
The heating didn't work the first night. in general you cant control the heat and there are no extra blankets. I was freezing the first night

A simple no-nonsense value for money business hotel.
The room had 2 single beds spaced quite far from each other. Would have preferred a better configuration when you've got just 1 guest in the room!!!

It is a very good hotel, close enough to Fürth and Nürnberg, comfortable and clean rooms, very nice with modern furniture. The beds are comfortable and far enough from the street not to be disturbed. I will stay here again when I am in the area.

Clean and tidy room with spacious bathroom. We used bicycles to visit Nurnberg via excellent biking paths nearby.

Everything worked well. Communication with the hotel was good, we found it easily, and there was plenty of parking. The room was clean and modern, beds were comfortable. For our purposes of visiting friends in the area, it was perfect.
