Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet und auch das Abendessen ist sehr reichhaltig und gut. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber, genauso wie das ganze Hotel. Der Poolbereich ist sehr gepflegt und es gibt ausreichend Liegen und Schirme.

Das Hotel liegt leider an einer recht befahrenen Straße und der schöne Balkon hatte leider keine Markise oder Sonnenschirm.

Partying High School kids day in and day out while we were there; There was not parking spaces in covered garage for the guests - this can be improved e.g. Hotel staff should not park/block the cars of the hotel guests; Some dinners were ok, some not

Parking garage for our motorbikes was good. The reception girls were very helpful.

Good location with a pool. Good dinner and breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. The bed pillows (large and small) were much better than in other hotels. It was pleasant to sit ouside on the balcony.

There was no fridge in the room.

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Meran is definitely worth a visit. Facilities were useful and clean. Breakfast was also excellent. Very much enjoyed our stay.

There was a slight misunderstanding over the evening meal - quickly solved. And it took me a little while to work out how to switch on the electricity in the room.
