Clean and open concept.
Only issue was the oven not working but once I talked to the host and got tip on how to resolve, we got it to work.

The property was very comfortable, clean, quiet, and cozy. It has a great location. Only a mile from downtown. We will stay there again when we come back to Fredericksburg.

We immediately felt comfortable and 'at home'. The apartment was clean, the beds were comfortable, the parking was ample, sunrises from porch were beautiful. Location is very good - easy to get to main Street attractions
Finding the turn into the complex could be better lit - even with GPS is was too dark to readily find.

The home is very clean and very comfortable. Located very close to all the main attractions. Easy access to downtown and the major highways where the vineyards are located.

The condo was very comfortable for four friends.
The amenities covered just about everything except bath soap, which we thought was probably an oversight. One of the friends brought bath soap with her just in case so we were okay.
They provided so much otherwise ( complimentary bottle of wine, coffee pods for the keurig pod coffeemaker, dish soap, hand soap, etc) we just couldn’t imagine the missing bath soap wasn’t intentional.
The location was great! So close to everything we did; wine tours, shopping Main Street. Champagne tasting on main @ Six twists and dinner at August E.
Soap mentioned above and main bedroom carpet needed cleaning badly.

It was very comfortable, super clean and had pretty much everything we needed to cook dinner. The location was great! We had a great time and would definitely recommend staying at this property. We felt at home after fun days exploring and shopping in Fredricksburg.
If I had anything at all to recommend it would be to provide a toaster, shampoo,conditioner and body wash. If not just let the guests know it’s not provided. We were able to make due without these items so it did not bother us nor did it effect our stay. Location is perfect.

Very nice place! One of the best travel rentals I have ever done. It is tucked away from the street so it’s quiet and felt very safe. It has everything you need while you stay including a extra bedding, washer and dryer and various extra household goods. Loved the welcome bottle of wine! Beds are comfy, it’s very roomy and super clean.

Off street parking in a secure area. Nice outdoor seating for two guests. Unit is very large with extra seating. Hosts very kind and helpful.

this property was exquisite! we loved everything and all the details in the decor. it was a perfect amount of space for our family. we really appreciated the minimal checkout duties. loved the complimentary wine and coffee and the option to purchase wine as well. it was truly one of the favorite places we have ever stayed!

Great little out of the way spot. Was nice and private, everything was clean. Great TVs and wifi throughout! Perfect to get away from the crowds in and around Fredericksburg. Not far to plenty restaurants and wineries.

Roomy, quiet, and great location, close to main street, and easy to get downtown.
Excellent communications with the host.
It was nicer than most apartments, and the kitchen had every appliance you would need, including an Air-Fryer.

The apartment layout was great. Spacious, very clean, liked the separate baths and we were surprised how well equipped the kitchen was setup. Liked the luxurious body sheets/towels in the bathrooms.
The fact that the master bath did not have a water closet. One person should not hog the entire bathroom. All else was great.

Great location, walking distance to main street which had lots of shops, bars and restaurants
Only thing I could think of was maybe add a kettle and toaster to the kitchen.. Apologies if you had one, we could just not find it.

Exceptionally well-appointed condo, very clean, spacious, airy and well-lighted. Even the bathroom was well lit for makeup applucation. New everything. Washer/Dryer, stove, etc. Well stocked kitchen with basic necessities. Even had complimentary wine! Only suggestion is shower should have either soap & shampoo dispensers or a ledge for guests to place their own soap & shampoo, otherwise putting a soap bar on the shower floor was a bit yucky. Nevertheless, would rate as EXCELLENT VALUE AND EXPERIENCE!

I liked everything, it was exactly like the picture.
not a dislike, but master shower could use a place to put shower gel or soap. The second bathroom needs a rack or something to hang shower cap etc. Maybe a table or something in there would be more accommodating.

it was beautiful and very convenient.
There didnt seem to be any hot water to the shower in the big bathroom or maybe the shower was just too complicated for us. We contacted host and they said they would certainly check into it when we left the property. So we took cold showers or used the other shower our friends were using. Otherwise everything was perfect.
