Location was perfect, very central to everything. Even though it was in the heart of the action it was still nice and quiet and relaxing. The owner was very nice and helpful, always trying to help you find and do things.

Staff (namely Sylvain) was exceptionnally greetful and kind! Awesome setup for a family!

Perfect! The owner was in contact with us from the start. Check in was simple and swift. The property is beyond beautiful! Very modern and unique. Our two bedroom apartment had everything we needed, a private balcony for morning coffee, fast internet, close to the beach, and a magical pool and deck atea. I loved the decor. I would consider this property luxury for Costa Rica. Fans and AC, good water pressure, full kitchen. I want to go back!

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Nothing better than relax in the cool pool or in the jaccuzzi. The owner - Sylvain - went above and beyond to help us with booking some activities. He also prepared room decorations and a wine for our honeymoon stay. We are already thinking of going back and staying here for a bit longer. Oh and Netflix was a bonus!

No coffee or tea machine in the room.

Sylvain connected to me immediately after booking to touch base and keep me posted with tours he helped set up while we visited UVITA. His Faremiti Hotel is exceptional in location and design; and Sylvain himself could not have been any nicer and available to us. We wished we stayed longer there and will definitely be in touch with him for future visits.

Modern, clean and stylish property, convenient located only a 15 minute walk from the entrance to Marino Ballena National Park. The owner, Sylvain, was lovely and recommended local restaurants.

The staff were so friendly, both Steven who helped us with check-in and Sylvain who helped us with checkout. The room was incredibly clean and the hotel was very quiet.

I don't know if it was because we didn't know how to use the air-con properly or because our room was next to the pool - our room was incredibly humid :( And for the size of the room compared to the hotels in the area this is a little overpriced.

Everything- it was modern, clean, well equipped and in a great location. Sylvain went out of his way to help us too!

It was a spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit. It was new and updated. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was powerful. We appreciated the extra space. You can flush the toilet paper here which is a welcome change from many places in Costa Rica.

Lacking in amenities. Beach towels were not provided so we had to buy some at the store. Beds were small and not comfortable for a couple to sleep on. Pool was small and with some of the rooms right on top of it we felt like we would bother the people in those rooms if we used it.

Both the room and the pool area are super clean and beautifully presented. If you want some privacy there's also a balcony facing the rainforest where I spotted loads if birds and iguanas. Frog convert at night as well ;)The host is great in communication, very welcoming and helpful. The French Café next to the hotel offers excellent breakfast.

The only thing I can think of is that you can hear some road noise, well, only those stupid trucks with jake brakes (which they aren't allowed to use in residential areas but they still do). But that's not the hotel's fault. Bring earplugs if you're noise-sensitube.

Beautiful hotel a little aside from Uvitas main street. There is a nice French bakery right next to it and you can get pretty fast to the beach which is part of the national park. The host did a marvelous job so we would have a good stay and we enjoyed the spots he recommended us. Many thanks for the great time and all the best.

The hotel and our rooms were absolutely BEAUTIFUL. The apartment set up worked perfectly for our family. A bonus was that we had a lovely patio area and pond, where we saw birds and lizards every morning. The pool was gorgeous and a lot of fun for both the adults and the kids.

out of 6 hotels in costa rica this was the best. the faremiti hotel is quite new and has approx. 6 appartments of different sizes. we had an appartment with 2 bedroom, a big kitchen and 2 bathrooms. every room had a fan and there were 2 ACs. it was super clean and equipped with everything you need. the design is really good and well thought. we felt super comfy and really at home. it was actually even hard to leave for outdoor activities as we felt just so relaxed. this is also due to the hotel pool and jacuzzi which was just perfect for the kids. the owner was super friendly and provided many good recommendations for activities and locations to visit. the nearby national park has an amazing beach and there are many tours to see whales, dolphins etc. close to the hotel are restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies.

Sylvain was an exceptional host! He was attentive from the start and helpful and responsive to all my messages. We had the Medusa apartment which worked out fantastic with our family of five. We loved the decor and comfort of having a kitchen.We especially loved the French bakery upstairs which had great staff, coffee and food. BM market is just a few minutes down the way by car. The whales tail is snout a mile away which was a great visit. Great location and we would come stay here again in a heartbeat!
