Prima locatie. Na 50 meter lopen kun je de piste op, en af. Ook vanaf een blauwe piste zou je door kunnen steken naar het hotel als je wil. Prima personeel wat graag wil helpen. Personeel spreekt Tsjechisch, Duits en Engels. Genoeg parkeerplekken direct bij het hotel. Uitgebreid ontbijt met lokale producten. Ruime lockers voor ski spullen.

Geen voedpaden naar het hotel. De pooltafel is wat aan vernieuwing toe. Je moet de weg oversteken naar de parkeerplaats en een stukje van 10 meter over de weg lopen voor je de berg op kan naar de piste.

Super Lage, gutes Abendessen.

Frühstück war nicht sehr überzeugend. Aufenthalt 4 Tage u. kein Zimmerservice in der gesamten Zeit. Die Matratzen waren unter dem Laken ziemlich versüfft und die Bezüge haben nach kalten Rauch gerochen. Im Nebenzimmer wurde bis früh um 4 mehrfach laut gefeiert! Meine Tochter und ich konnten kaum schlafen.

Staff was mostly nice.

Room didn't meet our expectations at all. It was like a bad motel. Bathroom was smelly, no real bed sheets, sheets always fell off. All in all dirty. Incredibly loud in the rooms. No network connection (since it's on a hill that's fine), but also no wifi in the rooms and only very bad connection in the so called "wifi-area" wich is the restaurant. Food was barely available without meat and if so not tasty at all. No real drying room for ski, only cheap lockers (you can't tell you're a ski-hotel without a real room for ski placing). Way to expensive for that kind of stay. We left earlier. When we told the stuff about our dissatisfaction we got promised a refund for the two remaining nights that never came (wouldn't have written this bad review if it did come). We were very very disappointed for that should have been our only vacation this year. Would not recommend and never come again.

The hotel is very cosy and right on the slopes. It's a little on the old side but not bad overall. The restaurant downstairs was cosy and inexpensive. It wasnt easy to find places to eat nearby so having the hotel resturant was good. Friendly staff and comfortable beds

We really had great weekend stay at Hotel Pod Vlekem, and some of the highlights to be mentioned: - Extremely friendly, polite and helpful staff. We enjoyed such service and thanks again for that. - Restaurant. Carefully selected menu with super delicious Czech specialties, wide selection of drinks at the bar and super affordable prices. - Location. Hotel is literally in the heart of Klinovec ski area, right on the slopes, ski lift easily accessible within 1-2 min downhill ski ride from hotel. - Rooms & facilities - It is old hotel, but it has its mountain and relaxing vibe which makes the stay here very pleasant. - Value for price. We will definitely be back!

Nothing to dislike, especially for the price in the peak of the winter season.
