This trailer is a gem! Brand new as of June 2021. Clean, sanitized and ready to adventure wherever. It's modern interior offers a lot within 23 feet. It has 3 queen beds which are also heated to keep you warm on a chilly night, a hide away sofa bed and the table folds down to make a 5th good sized bed. Will easily sleep 8 adults comfortably, more if you've got smaller children! The kitchen comes equipped with a freezer/fridge combo, pantry, double sink, microwave, stove and range. The table has wrap around seating to accommodate more. The bathroom has a floor pedal toilet, sink, cabinet and glass door enclosed shower with heated water. There's also a tv, cd/dvd player, fm stereo that's bluetooth compatible with both indoor and outdoor speakers (Has a wifi booster as well if your campsites provides wifi). You'll stay comfortable with the rooftop AC unit and temperature controlled propane heater. It has both CO2 and propane detection alarms on board for added safety. On the outside there's an automatic awning, outdoor shower, bonus stovetop for greasy cooking and a mount to even bring the tv outside with built in cable connections! Both the awning and full contact steps have led lighting which is great at night. The jack is a breeze to use with automatic functions and an equalizer hitch with anti sway bars will be provided. Two full propane tanks and a remote start generator will come with the rental free of use or overage charges. We've stocked it up with some complimentary essentials so in the event you forget something we've got you covered. (We advise you bring everything you need as all items are intended to serve as a back up if an item is accidentally forgotten. There are 3 blankets and six pillows provided as well as kitchen, bathroom and entertainment items) You can't beat this set up! We do offer delivery/pickup starting at $100. Please contact me to see if your campsite is within our delivery range. We don't have a set range, but the further outside a 50 mile radius your delivery location is the more difficult it becomes to accommodate. We may be able to make exceptions... It really depends on what's on the schedule before and after your trip dates so it's by a booking to booking basis on what we can provide. If you do choose to have the trailer delivered you, you will also need to add on the optional charge of $75 dump fee for us to empty your black and grey water after your booking is complete.
