Too many stairs, but that can’t be helped!

Only issue was no bar or restaurant to sit in, after a days work so probably not good for business people but I would go back with my wife as the location is excellent

Great location right in the centre of town next to Place Saint George. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful; gave us a map and highlighted places to see. They were also great with restaurant recommendations and bookings. Rooms are small but clean and comfortable

The hotel is well decorated, each room has a theme, the rooms are clean, the bed is comfy, the staff is helpful, the location is perfect in the very center of Toulouse to go out and enjoy day and night life. On top there is a speaker with Bluetooth in the room. a recommandation.

nothing I can think about for those who needs an elevator, there is none in this hotel.

Very friendly staff helped with everything needed. The location is perfect in the middle of the town. Loads of great restaurants nearby.

A bit old and worn down, which some might call "romantic". Also the cost was more upmarket than the hotel itself.

Excellent hotel - perfect location

Location in the middle of everything was perfect. The Reception is on the first floor, and was unmanned for the first five mins or so following our arrival. When the Receptionist appeared she was extremely friendly and professional; she helped to carry one of our bags also, then kindly brought us water to drink while we waited for the room to be ready.

I would not have booked it if I had known there was no lift. No coffee/tea making facilities in the room, although coffee was delivered in the morning. No fridge in the room either. Hotel itself is a little shabby and in need of renovation, plus there is no lift, which I had not seen mentioned in the initial details - it was only referred to after booking. Room size was very good, but it didn't feel especially clean.

Staff very friendly and knew your name after the first introduction, could not have been more helpful and friendly. Rooms were of adequate size and clean and comfortable

The only downside was no on site parking , but nothing to be done about that! Again staff were only to willing to help us unload and carry luggage upstairs

The decor is quirky yet tasteful, everything is clean and welcoming, the location is excellent for shopping, dining out and exploring the city… but the girls working here definitely make this hotel one I would highly recommended… Leah and the other girls really went out of their way to make our stay SUPER! A refreshing experience in France… than you!

there was a very loud machine noise like a plumbing pump in the ceiling in a premium room (!) every 15 minutes at night until 11pm and then started again at 6:30am. it also needs a renovation - or at least some love and attention

Breakfast was generous, french and awesome! Staff were helpful and friendly and helped with directions and even to carry heavy luggage.
