Very bad service in this Hotel, I will not recommend them, there are other much better options in Bozeman

I really liked how clean the room was. We just needed the room for the night so we didn't take advantage of most of the amenities. The bed was very comfortable to the point it was hard to get up early and back on the road!
The only thing that I didn't like was the mention of a room with a city view but we were in the room with a view of the HVAC system. It wasn't a game changer since we only needed the room to sleep but don't mention it if not all rooms have it.

I was stunned to be presented with a ticket for the meagher amount of food I took for breakfast. I had gotten up early enough to enjoy coffee and a bit of breakfast and didn't have anywhere near $14 worth of food. Most Montana Hotels and some very nice ones offer free breakfast services.

Loved the hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Next time I'm in Bozeman, I'll definitely stay there.
The down point for the hotel was having to pat for parking, but given its location, it was necessary. Space is limited downtown.

The property was clean and well appointed. The staff was great and the breakfast was wonderful!

Location was great. Nice restaurant and nice hotel in general. Staff was awesome and always professional.
The air conditioner in our room was incredibly loud and disruptive to sleep. Our toilet clogged and the breakfast was slim. We were told their walk in fridge had broken that night, but they did end up not charging so that was nice. I prefer on-site parking so our only option was offsite valet which worked for us, and valet was super helpful.

Hotel is updated. Clean. Great greeting and helpful directions and tips on arrival from front desk. Hydration stations on every floor is a nice touch. Walking distance to main street restaurants, shops.
No parking on-site so you must valet at additional expense.

Staff was amazing, breakfast was awesome, everything was just really exceptional.
I’m hard pressed to say there was anything we didn’t like. We try to stay with AC whatever city we’re in!
