Property was good, staff were excellent

bedrooms were in the attic and no air circulation

The location was a little further than I thought. The rooms were a little smaller than I thought. The building was in the process of being remodeled.

I loved the 2 room appartement, especially because we were travelling with kids. The host is a very nice guy and personally welcomed us. The appartement is recently renovated and has this very nice bar/table in the kitchen area (which is also fully equiped) Also the bathroom is modern and clean and contains a washing machine. We used this appartement to check out Paris when travelling to yhe south. There is enough parking space besides the street and there are supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants nearby. Also a park across the street only unfortunately it was closed, I think because it was off season. I would (reccomend to) book this appartement for future travels if traveling with youngsters.

To get to Paris with public transport (Paris is like a rally track for motorcycles) you'd need to take th bus to the metro station. We did not understand the bus system, something with SMS that did not seem to work, so it would be good to check that out in avance. However, Uber saved the day :)
