Location Al at the bar on Super Bowl Sunday was great! We stayed ‘ ate & drank at the bar instead of going in to Old Town because he was so fun & pleasant!

Everything! The atmosphere was great. The rooms are nice clean modern and spacious! I highly recommend staying here. It’s also within walking distance to old town Temecula.

We ordered our breakfast from the menu and it was delicious! Our server was very friendly and quick. The front desk help was friendly and resourceful.

The bed was way to hard for comfort. And the lighting in the closet could have been brighter to utilize.

Fantastic staff and clean. Love the bar. If I had not missed my flight I would have had a drink before turning in for the night.

1.) I did not have access to the free wifi. My computer accepted and connected to the free wifi but nothing came up on my system to ask me for room number and name to log in. Was a bit frustrating. Better instructions would have been great or a provided website address would have also helped. 2.) Breakfast at 6am is to late. Would be nice to have breakfast ready at 5:00am for those of us who have to be on project sites at 6:00am. Maybe a by request to have breakfast earlier would be nice. even if its just a grab bag.

Passed on the $16.95 ready made and heated breakfast. Annoyed by the $10 parking fee. Bedside goose neck lamp not working, coffee maker spilled coffee because no catch basin, inside door hndle for bathroom door missing. Not up to expected Hilton standards. Will probably look for other hotel options on next visit to the area.

The hotel itself looked very nice on the inside so we were disappointed the room didn’t meet our expectations. For a newer hotel, we expected a much better experience.

The room had multiple issues. Our toilet didn’t flush, the water pressure wasn’t correct on the sink so when you turned it on, it sprayed everywhere. The room itself had a very musty old smell. My mom and I both thought it smelled like stinky feet. Was very unpleasant.

The property is excellent location. everything was great. But next time I will ask for a room close to the elevators because I am handicap so it was very hard to walk all the way to room 301 but overall excellent stay.

The only thing we liked was the employee who directed us to breakfast. She was so sweet and kind. Answered all our questions about how breakfast worked. She even went above and beyond to help me figure out certain seasonings they used!

We originally had a corner room with two large windows. We asked if we could have a free upgrade since we just gotten married. The lady upgraded us to a room with only one window and the room was dirty. There were hairs around the bed and the bathroom sink we could not use. The bathroom sink was cloudy like a milky white. So disgusting. We had to purchase water bottles to use brush our teeth. Super inconvenient

The staff members were extremely polite and friendly, the room was very clean, beds comfy.

The only thing I did not understand was the cold water running in the sink, it was not transparent, but rather whitish and opaque. I ended up washing my face with bottled water. Also there were no slippers in the room.
