The staff are all really welcoming & friendly. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, the room we stayed in even had a dressing room. Lots of tea and coffee provided in the room and there were takeaway cups available so you could make your morning coffee and take it out with you. Good breakfast selection with fruit, cereals, pastries, bagels and breads for toasting. There's a bus stop right outside for getting to and from the city centre, about a 25min journey.

The staff were amazing. The reception lady was so friendly and really helpful at all times. Room was compact had everything you needed and for sure it was value for money stay. Breakfast was handy in the morning and had good open times. Everything was clean and tidy in the hotel and the room. I recommend this hotel stay highly as it will meet your standards.

Zimmer sind angenehm und sauber, Personal nett.
Hatte Unfall und konnte nicht alleine im Hotel übernachten. Das Hotel war zuvorkommend und verlangte kein Geld für meinen Sohn!
Es fehlt in den Zimmer: Kosmetiktücher, Hotelset ( Watte, Seife, Ohrstäbchen) so wie es normalerweise in Hotel angeboten wird. Kühlschrank im Zimmer dürfte etwas grösser sein-ist mini mini!

Im not really a lover of continental breakfast but what we had was very nice.
A good full english breakfast would have been lovely.

We had a very comfortable stay in a Shabbat friendly hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and aware of our needs; the door to our room had a mechanical lock and Shabbat compliant lights; and the dining room had a hot-water urn and kosher food for breakfast. There was no problem with checking out on Saturday morning and collecting our belongings in the evening.
Oh... the room was clean and comfortable with a spotless and well equipped en-suite bathroom.

The hotel is in a orthodox Jewish neighborhood of Manchester which we didn't know beforehand but didn't mind either. But the hotel and the breakfast are tailored to that demographic. The room was much bigger than I had anticipated, the beds were big and comfortable. The parking situation was also very good and easy, checkin was easy and the breakfast was alright.
The bathroom was also pretty good even though the bathroom got completely wet when showering, it felt like the shower was maybe leaking? The breakfast was a bit weird since every single item was pre-packaged and some stuff you had to get out of the fridge like milk, yogurt etc. We were a bit surprised that there were almost exclusively sweet spreads for the bagels etc., the only non-sweet spread was some pre-packaged soft cheese.

The room is sparkling clean and spacious for a family of 3. Wifi is good. Though it is not in city centre but just a few bus stops away and I find it is acceptable to travel around. The breakfast provided is thoughtful too as nearby it is not easy to find cafe .

The whole property was light, clean and airey. Rooms were excelent as was shower etc. Staff were friendly and a lovely touch with the water and pastry for the journey home mmmm
We understand the breakfast on offer but perhaps take the butter out of the fridge before customers arrive, toast was cold by the time the butter was spread.

Very friendly staff, we felt very comfortable here. We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite which had two clean and decent shower rooms. Good parking on site. Breakfast was unusual since it was Passover and a Jewish run hotel, we'll have to come back when the bagels are available!
There weren't kettles in the rooms, and breakfast was cold, but apparently this was a one-off and was explained by it being the end of Passover and we learnt something new about Judaism, which was interesting!

Breakfast was a continental one only, not as expected however was ok. Plenty of towels and car charging was a great bonus for us.
Check in lady was poor at first not polite but did get a little better, needs to improve this. Evening guy was great. All the things to make tea and coffee in the room but no milk, very odd. The check in lady was just unhelpful on this suggested get some at breakfast?? Evening guy sorted some for us 😊
