It is very nice accommodation well within walking distance of Lucca. Three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, etc. Easy access to main roads and toll road. Everything as advertised or better; pictures are giving a correct impression.

Unfortunately scooters like to pass the area at night at high speed. So if you are a light sleeper, bring ear plugs.

The appartment was big with beautiful furniture. There was room enough for a bigger group with nice dining room and two bathrooms. Good facilities. The information and communication before and during the stay was fluent. Peaceful aerea. Easy to walk to Lucca or find other places in the region by car. Near the house you will find parking places. We stayd a week in the appartment and I really recommed it.

If you would like to spend time in the garden it is not very easy. Although it is big and good cared. But perphaps you won't even have time for that, there is so much else to do and see. You have to be able to walk to second floor.

It’s a clean, tidy apartment with beautiful high ceilings, gorgeous decor and plenty of space for my group of 5 adults. As soon as you walk in you feel safe, happy and comfortable - it even looks better than the pictures, if that’s possible! It has everything you could need, from a TV to a washing machine to a balcony to admire the breathtaking views. It really did feel like a home away from home! The host Sabrina was friendly and helpful at every stage and had incredible resources for things to do in Tuscany and nearby restaurant recommendations. She was approachable and easy to reach whenever we had questions and went out of her way to make the trip as easy and memorable as possible! The property location is super convenient as it’s only a 10 minute walk from town that has numerous gelateria’s, bars, restaurants and great places to visit. It is also close by to public transport links so you can explore other parts of Tuscany if you wish. I would definitely recommend it and would love to come back again and stay in this property!

Rented the entire appartement, so 3.rooms. Balcony and garden lovely, kitchen absolutely well equiped. Everything very clean and cozy. Our host was friendly and caring all the time. Bakery 2 min to walk. 1,3 km walk to city center. Lucca is amazing. Very beautiful. Can def. recommend :) Since we are in italy please remember to bring earplugs. Streets are noisy, even if its a residential area ;)

Noise from carbage collection, daily. But ok with earplugs, but hey, we are in Italy ;)

Beautiful apartment with a 7 minute walk to the gate of Lucca. The place was spacious with high ceilings and an elegant homely feel. You can sit on the balcony or use the large back garden. Good cooking facilities small shops and bike hire close by. The owner was very attentive and helpful.

Traffic noise. Bring ear plugs if that bothers you.

A woderful original old villa from at least XIXth century if not older, modernized but keeping retro style - proffesional interior design. With huge, high rooms, located 10 minutes walk from the historic city walls, but in a residential district, grren, fresh air, and with nice mountain views. In a big, well kept garden. A nice experience to live in such a once residence of a rich Italian from Lucca, totally not included in price. And an exceptional host, who treats her customers as guests, very flexible to ekstra needs, I only hope she will always get guests who deserve her kindness and high culture. If we one more time need a base in North Tuscany, we certainly book this place. Location perfect for bus trips or with a car, some longer way to the train station. Big supermarket, cheapest in Lucca, 20 minutes walk. All facilities perfect, including cooking.
