For me it was a new experience, I liked it, it was warm and we had enough hot water in the shower. It was quiet at night.
The bathroom was not very clean.

the tent was nice clean. the sea view was really good. the b&b zone need more tools and a little bit more of cleaning. room has the equipment and heating system.

lights in our tents were not working and they even had a tent just next to us but didn’t change tents which caused discomfort during nights

The lack of a basic microwave or even a toaster or sandwich press for warm food.

The luxury tent was very cute. Great little place to stay for a couple. Views are amazing. Short stroll to Cafes, Pub and IGA. The park was full of people as it was New Year's but it was not noisy.
It would be really helpful if it was explained that you need to check in at the hotel and not the holiday park itself. We had ants in the kitchen and the bathroom linen had stains on them. No in room cooking facilities at all.

Conveniently located near the sea, the Sealink Ferry and shops and eating places plus hotel.
Strong wins in the evening made for some difficulty sleeping with the flapping of the sides of tent. Door on fridge is on wrong side for its location and ease of use. The basin in bathroom was high for my wife who is quite short. Whilst we enjoyed our stay, we would not select this type of accommodation again.

Fabulous accommodation, spacious, comfortable, well heated. Great location. Most modern bathrooms I have ever seen in a caravan park!

We had neighbours that talked very loud so we could hear a lot of their conversations but we just turned the tv up hahaha.
